Thank you.. :-) I really enjoyed this and I SO appreciate your calming voice and quietness during poses. I struggle with overstimulation and chronic pain/fatigue. It happens so often for me that I get annoyed by how much a yoga teacher talks through the moments that I am trying to find my calm in challenging poses. During your video I actually managed to feel my body and let go of some tension. If anyone who reads this has tips on more quiet and gentle yoga videos/teachers, with silence between instructions, I’d love to hear it. :-) Beautiful day to you all!
I really enjoyed this. But, I have a question... the cat pulling tail pose always seems to tweak my low back a little. Could I be doing it wrong? Or is there a modification you could suggest?
Hey! Can you do the full expression of cat pulling tail? where your back is on the mat? this one here is a modification. Alternatively, you can use a strap on the bottom foot and wrap it around your shoulder (a bit hard to visualize lol). Ill see about adding in another cat pulling tail and maybe explain it in a bit more depth.
