Have you every experience the L047 getting pale spots on them? I am currently having this problem with them after having them for months and eating well. They are in a well established tank, I have lost two nice specimens and my smaller ones are going through this now...I am trying to reverse this problem...water temp 77.7,ph 7.4, ammonia 0, nitrite 0, nitrate 20 ppm, 125 gal tank set up with plenty of current from power head, and two types of filters running, FX6 canister and a above tank filter rain drop style.
What were the pale spots like? They do generally all have pale round circles particularly obvious when stressed. Do you find they maintain and put on weight well?
awesome video. cool fish
Wow that pleco is looking quite big. I wish I had a big common pleco for the garden pond.
Wow thats a lot of knowledge thanks!
Thank you :) means a lot!
@@FreshwaterIchthyology your videos are very good
I’ve watched quite a few of them now would be awesome to see you do more pleco videos:)
How big do they get? What is their maximum size?
Minimum for an healthy adult would be around 24cm SL but they can likely get much bigger.
