salty brad is coaching a new little brother, wants more brad all to himself! Jking nah he prob is just like thinking half the shit hes saying is corny cause I do
Dude Alex DEFINITELY looks bigger and has made gains!! His arms were like little noodles with no thickness at the beginning and now they are def growing some muscle on the! Looking bigger fr fr just keep wit it!! Don't you dare fall off when the 4 months is up stay consistent and you are gonna have a great physique man!!! Much love!!
One of the most useful things in this video is seeing what to order at Chipotle. Bradley should do some videos about what to order at different restaurants. I don't have time to do a lot of meal prepping.
I love the idea of the series. I have been trying to keep up with these episodes. Yalls on screen chemistry is fun to watch, and I feel like I’m in the same training spot Alex is in. So watching and listening is keeping me motivated on what I’m doing.
Alex has gotten bigger and stronger, and way more cut. He's inspired me to start working out again, because he went from lifting less than me to lifting more than me. Definitely see his progress coming along, keep working hard Alex!
We all get so used to watching high level lifters throw around 315+ like brad... Its refreshing to watch someone starting from the bottom and making newbie gains
Alex, widen that base when you bench. What you do is push your feet through the floor and build up energy that will transfer to your upper body and help you reach new pr's on your bench. When the reps get hard you dig your shoulders in the bench keeping your butt on the bench( just a slight arch in the back) this will give you more power and push with all you got. This is a compound move so not only are you using your chest , but you are using your back, shoulders, and triceps. If you want your bench to improve all these muscles need to get stronger. But mostly your triceps. Also, bigger triceps mean bigger arms since triceps make up the most of the arms. The long head of the triceps in particular. TRAIN HARD BRO!!! YOU GOT THIS!!!!
Great video's Brad....... don't let Alex get to excited. He want's it all Now, but it looks like he's finally starting to listen to you. Make sure he doesn't quit after his 4 month plan, he's already saying he's too tired all the time on His channel, keep him at it, you can do it!! I came to your channel from Alex's but I'm staying for you. Good channel!!!!!
respect to Alex Wassabi hes definitely getting stronger just keep at it bro looking forward to seeing you progress makes me wanna go gym now to be honest
“We...are going to get serious gains!” It’s funny because I started around the same time as Wasabi did and I like watching and learning from what he’s learning.
I weigh 140 and bench 215 on max over a 6 month time period when I weighed 108. I'm very proud of you Wassabi. I see so much more potential in you. Stay humble though and never celebrate too much on your max. There's always room for improvement. Good luck!!
It really takes time and hard work. A little under a year ago I weighted 115 pounds at 5’8 and was 17. In the first month I got up to 125 and was so happy! After about 4 months I hadn’t made any gains. I was going to the gym 5-6 times a week and nothing. I then started calorie counting and watching what I eat. In the next 4 months I put on 25 pounds. Dieting is so important in training! I’m hoping to get up to 160 in the next couple months!
Seriously man, don't give up!!! When bulking naturally it takes time. I walked into the gym at 145lbs. I'm now 188lbs 3yrs later all natural meaning no steroids. I introduced weight gainer into my intake and creatine as well as bcaa' s but the key like brad said is foood!!! Eat big to get big. Good luck on your journey !
Max AG it's definitely possibly man, just have to put the work in. Keep in mind it takes time and there will be obstacles along the way! But the road being difficulty makes the trip towards your destination all worth It!
eric muraca I appreciate it man. I’ve gotten to the point where I’m really enjoying working out and I’ve been very consistent with it. Only issue I’m running into is having enough food without breaking my bank. Thanks for the support!
Ali Khilji forget steroids, they are borrowed muscles and if taken wrong there can be awful side affects and will take a toll on your body. Work hard , eat the right way and eat to get big. People have been doing it natural for years ,takes longer yes but you will be better off
Good job man keep it up! I myself just got back to working out after being out of commission for past a year so I feel the pain but it's worth it in the end!
There’s so many “I’m 15 and I bench 225lbs” kids in these comments lol. People who actually go to the gym, understand that 200lbs isn’t some light weight that amateur lifters can bench. Ik guys who are straight jacked, and can only bench 225
Boii I believed in u cuz we were in the same spot, I actually started a week before u started letting brad help train u. You got more gainz cuz I would only excercise 3days a week + I wasnt eating healthy, then seeing ur progress motivates me more ;)
Bro thanx for the benching tips I'm barely starting out getting the feel of lifts and I never really paid attention to the way I put my legs when benching.....awesome advice🏋️
if you want to increase your bench, deadlift, and squat should you be doing these movements more than once a week? how much weight should you put on to increase?
Ever since Danny Hester said your form is shit (which is completely not true) you've done videos to prove him wrong ahaha love it! Hope he sees these videos
Daaamn I just watched an ad of ikea it was like 4 minutes but it was kinda cool though because they did a room makeover! It got my freaking attention lol! Wtf I am doing hahaha
Low key, been actually learning a lot from these Wasabi videos...
I always forget leg drive
helps in other things too

Derek Williams definitely this dude going be cut & lean
True, his chest is getting defined too

Gotta be real... he looks way more jacked
angelsfanx48 true.. good to see but i bet he doesnt recognize it
nani 17 no one ever noticed their own progress. Too busy comparing themselves to others
Prepecen gainz are gainz bro
angelsfanx48 yeah and it doesnt help when u stand next to brad.. no matter how much gainz you made, u gonna automaticly look at brads size
nani 17 unless you’re dom he makes Bradley look tiny
Damn, tell me why Wassabi is stronger than me...
Riggin ThornileyIm comfused too bro😂😂 I think he is alredy juicing
Riggin Thorniley because his being consistent 😂😂😂
Oscar Flores sure😂😂
Oscar Flores And you tell me Im not?😂
Probably because he's surrounded by stronger people.
Alex has gotten bigger and stronger, and way more cut. He's inspired me to start working out again, because he went from lifting less than me to lifting more than me. Definitely see his progress coming along, keep working hard Alex!

Alex makes me laugh so much, real good bromance between brad and alex :)

I weigh 140 and bench 215 on max over a 6 month time period when I weighed 108. I'm very proud of you Wassabi. I see so much more potential in you. Stay humble though and never celebrate too much on your max. There's always room for improvement. Good luck!!

Antwoin Powell he’s definitely going to be killer shredded. When he gets bigger

Seriously man, don't give up!!! When bulking naturally it takes time. I walked into the gym at 145lbs. I'm now 188lbs 3yrs later all natural meaning no steroids. I appreciate your comment, I’m currently 145 and my goal is to reach 180 so this makes me feel good about my goal.
Thanks man I have been so depressed lately and had many thoughts about taking steroids, comments like this make me wanna be natural

When did Alex start joining the videos and where did it all start? Thanks for anyone that takes the time to explain.
I love these videos. Love seeing the process of a new lifter
Bro thanx for the benching tips I'm barely starting out getting the feel of lifts and I never really paid attention to the way I put my legs when benching.....awesome advice🏋️
A training series where you frequently feature different people would be dope.
So its April Bradley! When are we gonna see the splits???!!!
Consistency is Key bro can’t wait to see your swole transformation. I’m two years in and I’m still going hard keep it up Alex 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Hyped for his transformation!
Alex you gotta eat my dude!!! Shit is the hardest to do at first but trust me you will get big if you stay with it
That brotherly love at 12:23 promising GAINZ to your bro 💪🏽
7:25 Am I the only one that notices Alex's knees caving whenever he presses? Brad look into it man.
if you want to increase your bench, deadlift, and squat should you be doing these movements more than once a week? how much weight should you put on to increase?
what's the name of the track your editor puts mid set? 1:32
Alex looking pretty shredded at the end. Good job bro

Great bench info! Thank you Mason 101!
Thanks for the tips Bradley.. by the way wasabi you are getting gains great job
Brad, why is it that my neck muscle gets sore after doing bench ? what am i doing wrong ? How should i position my head , hyper flex or chin in ?
Ever since Danny Hester said your form is shit (which is completely not true) you've done videos to prove him wrong ahaha love it! Hope he sees these videos
can you tell the guy giving the bench press tip to give more tips on squat, deadlift, and other compound movements?!

Good shit Alex, I can see a big difference already, I'm tryna grow with ya bro keep up the good work and the haters hate bc they aint seein gains
Love these vids.
Good stuff with this series, I was skeptical but it's looking good. Watch out with throwing the knees in when benching btw, bad habit to build
DO IT
Thumbnail had me fooled for a sec. keep up the good work.
the explanation of leg drive actually helped a lot.
Love to see Alex transformation live
Anyone else feel like brad should do a mock powerlifting meet at the gym cause their curious of what his maxes might be?
When that new music comes on I always think it’s Raekwon- Ice Cream for a split second.
think I need more in depth lifting videos, I dig this
9:26 *ok bradley that was only for the clickbait... deep inside i knew it*
ua-cam.com/video/2Fb7FU2OTZg/v-deo.html
I was so scared that, that kid lifted more than me😅
Not bad. I'll be born in a few weeks and I bench 335x4. Haven't tried my max yet.
Great tips. Props on the vid
Thanks for all the tips!❤️
I would LOVE to see you in my gym. I live in Sweden tho. So it's a bit difficult ;)
Keep doing what you do. You're a huge inspiration to me
Bradley Martyn is the god of bodybuilding. So much Discipline..
How much is that? He is new for sure, good job holding it.
Daaamn I just watched an ad of ikea it was like 4 minutes but it was kinda cool though because they did a room makeover! It got my freaking attention lol! Wtf I am doing hahaha
Good shit as always
Great tips Bradley
Get Alex to activate his lats while benching, it helped me heaps!!
What song does bradley use for the video when alex did his workouts?
Does BM have a Spotify playlist??
I learned a lot in this video man. Tons of tips
Good Advice Mason!
He should have more gym members come up and explain things. That was pretty cool
These are all hella good beginner videos
I was gonna workout my legs today, but after a Bradley Martini video arms sounds like a bettter option!
Dude Wassabi is actually lowkey gaining if you look at his arms on the first workout they’re more defined already
leg drive is important to maintain a stable, retracted scapula
Very entertaining series
Is it bad that I learned to bench with leg drive and I use it no matter what weight I’m lifting, or am I just supposed to use it for maxing.
Alex - I was lifting for 3 years until I was able to bench 315. Don't get down on yourself ever! TRUST THE PROCESS!
I just started going to the gym. Me and Alex on the same boat.
Yo Bradley, what are you giving my man?, he's already benching 185
Croba YT he benched 215
Croba YT 185 is terrible for a 27 yr old man
Partials made my maxes skyrocket!
At first I thought Alex was a whimp but I respect him now. His arms still look like noodles but he's not exactly weak anymore.
Y'all should do videos where Mason trains yall
Max bench hasn’t gone up for me in last 7 weeks. Any advice? I’m 16 yo, 6ft, 169 Ibs. Max: 190
Take steroids
9:26 for thumbnail
Danyo thanks b
He’s becoming a John wick of the gym
The camo hat with that white n red shirts a dope combo.
