    One of the most useful things in this video is seeing what to order at Chipotle. Bradley should do some videos about what to order at different restaurants. I don't have time to do a lot of meal prepping.

    I love the idea of the series. I have been trying to keep up with these episodes. Yalls on screen chemistry is fun to watch, and I feel like I’m in the same training spot Alex is in. So watching and listening is keeping me motivated on what I’m doing.

    We all get so used to watching high level lifters throw around 315+ like brad... Its refreshing to watch someone starting from the bottom and making newbie gains

  • @anthonyalbano9231
    @anthonyalbano9231 6 років тому

    Alex, widen that base when you bench. What you do is push your feet through the floor and build up energy that will transfer to your upper body and help you reach new pr's on your bench.When the reps get hard you dig your shoulders in the bench keeping your butt on the bench( just a slight arch in the back) this will give you more power and push with all you got. This is a compound move so not only are you using your chest , but you are using your back, shoulders, and triceps. If you want your bench to improve all these muscles need to get stronger. But mostly your triceps. Also, bigger triceps mean bigger arms since triceps make up the most of the arms. The long head of the triceps in particular. TRAIN HARD BRO!!! YOU GOT THIS!!!!

    Great video's Brad....... don't let Alex get to excited. He want's it all Now, but it looks like he's finally starting to listen to you. Make sure he doesn't quit after his 4 month plan, he's already saying he's too tired all the time on His channel, keep him at it, you can do it!! I came to your channel from Alex's but I'm staying for you. Good channel!!!!!

    It really takes time and hard work. A little under a year ago I weighted 115 pounds at 5’8 and was 17. In the first month I got up to 125 and was so happy! After about 4 months I hadn’t made any gains. I was going to the gym 5-6 times a week and nothing. I then started calorie counting and watching what I eat. In the next 4 months I put on 25 pounds. Dieting is so important in training! I’m hoping to get up to 160 in the next couple months!

    Seriously man, don't give up!!! When bulking naturally it takes time. I walked into the gym at 145lbs. I'm now 188lbs 3yrs later all natural meaning no steroids. I introduced weight gainer into my intake and creatine as well as bcaa' s but the key like brad said is foood!!! Eat big to get big. Good luck on your journey !

    • @demon22slayer
      @demon22slayer 6 років тому +3

      Ali Khilji forget steroids, they are borrowed muscles and if taken wrong there can be awful side affects and will take a toll on your body. Work hard , eat the right way and eat to get big. People have been doing it natural for years ,takes longer yes but you will be better off
