Jesus Duque the weights dont have to be 100% even on both sides. You can even load all the weights on one side of the machine and still be able to do the exercise. Same with the leg press. It's just how the machines are designed because they're unilateral movements.

I mean, I bench 200 even and leg press like 7 plates per side for sets, so obviously leg press is gonna be a whole lot stronger than bench. Deadlifts and Squats >>> leg press and even bench, and if you don't deadlift 315 and squat 295 you aren't strong. Some would say if you don't deadlift 405 and squat 315 you aren't strong but I can't do either of those lol.
i never lifted a day in my life until my freshman year in highschool in my PE class. i ended up being the strongest one in the class with a 315 squat and a 185 bench.

I haven’t trained since I got sick 6 months ago and 3 months ago I got diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome Hypermobility type and I’m wondering how bad my knees are going to flex and move around on the leg press since I never payed attention to how hyper mobile I was before. I have a strong feeling my knees are going to flex back and forth because of all of the muscle mass I’ve lost the last few months but I’m not sure.
