    Why not route the form back 13 degrees so that the ribs spring back to 90 from the hammering?

    I am also wondering why you could not use the press to flange these ribs as you did on the nose ribs? Can you answer please? Thanks, Steve with Patrol scratch build #310.

    I'm curious why you didn't form the flange and the lightening holes at the same time.

    You need tin bashers players. Very good videos I would not think of using rubber for your press. You are right about the jack.

    what you shared solved a problem that it was about two years I was involved with it,thanks you very very much for your great help.I have one question:up to what thinkness steel sheet can get formed in pas forming? is it functional for 1mm thickness metal sheet or its usefull just to very very think sheets?

    I would have thought that this kind of treatment is quite likely to work harden the flanges, compared to fewer blows with a mallet.

    By doing this type of rib's forming, you have fucked up with aerodynamic performance of rib's skeleton........lol
