    Gorgeous dress but as a beginner I found this really impossible to follow. I hope you'll do some clearer and slower videos because I really loved this dress!

      Yes, i thought that too, that the promise of an "easy" dress might frustrate beginners, since they don't have the knowledge and security gained from experience, to just wing it. There's info missing that would make this a truly beginner friendly project. But one can, after all, always come back here after acquiring the necessary basic knowledge. :)
      I for myself find it a nice and fun looking project. As summer is approaching here in the northern hemisphere, i might give it a try.
      Thx for the inspiration!

    Wish i had a sewing machine!! and fabric. Though i may use some old plain curtains i have laying around. Wonder how long it would take to make by hand? you make it seem very easy though, i have never made any clothes but i understood some of it and i love the idea of using a t shirt as a beginning guide!

    • @SeetalMD
      @SeetalMD  3 роки тому +1

      My first sewing machine was the ikea one. Very affordable and ikea also has loads of cheap material or curtain materials you could try your hand at. You can do this girl!

    Hi, love the A line dress. May I ask if the material for the facing and the dress must be the same type of material?

    • @SeetalMD
      @SeetalMD  Рік тому +1

      Thank you. And no they don’t have to be the same material but they have to be the same in stretch capabilities. Meaning cotton and linen or chiffon and organza for example

      Thank you. Just under 2 metres. Get 2 metres just in case. 1 metre will make a top same measurements just shorten the length.
