I appreciate you pressing/ironing as you go. It is one simple way to vastly improve the finished garment. I don’t see many tutorials pressing, but I feel it is essential.
This is the best sewing tutorial I have seen on UA-cam - very detailed, step-by-step instructions with close-ups, with nothing left out. I really liked all the attention to finishing the garment - so many DIYs discard this part of sewing although excatly the finishing is what elevates a beginner's DIY to professional looking and feeling piece. Thank you!
Fantastic pattern and great video! Thank you for taking the time to make these videos for your patterns. As a beginner sewer, picture and text based instructions are difficult. This video showed things clearly and your narration was very helpful.
I just found you by accident. I totally enjoyed your video. I will be watching for now. I taught myself how to sew. I didn't have a sewing machine. So I made my pattern from a straight dress. Round neck , sleeveless. That was the Style in1960's. Your dress looks beautiful 🌹❤️ Thank you I'm in Texas
I’ve sewn my own clothes for years, even my Wedding Dress, at sewing lessons, but i have today learnt some valuable tips. Thank you so much for sharing. The camera work was so good that close up sewing was easily visible. 🌻
What a pretty dress!! 😍 can you please link the interfacing tape in the description? When I search for interfacing tape I mostly find hem tape in the search results. Thank you!
Stitch Witchery Bonding web or batting tape is what I thought she was referring to. I know some that just cut their own strips out of interfacing or use scraps from other projects.
😂💀 ikr all these beginner videos and im here like no but wheres tutorial mode with hints and cheat codes that assume i have 3 brain cells 😂 i need that
This quite an interesting sew. Nicely described. That rounded ironing pillow? Where do you acquire that? I've never seen them in the haberdashery departments.
@ 37:37 is it conducive to go in a sew french seams for all of the long seams? OR is that overkill? BTW BEAUTIFUL & I'm so glad I found you...can't wait to binge you! LOVE this dress and process!
The dress is gorgeous and I’m definitely going to try my machine at his one ! Silly question , what color are you wearing on your nails? Is it dip? So pretty!!
Lovely job and you’re clearly very skilled but, to make it more beginner-friendly the whole video needs less detailed explanations and wider screen shots, where all the pattern pieces are laid out flat with a minimal amount of electronic labels to give an *overview before starting - essential for beginners. You also need to put flash text on screen for terms that might be *new to *beginners.
Hi there, Love your channel!! I've been wondering what kind of table you have that you can iron on it? Its such a large surface for ironing. Is it a table topper? love to know. Cheers!
Do you have a link to purchase your interfacing tape? Or can you tell me the brand you use? I am assuming its knit because my current interfacing tape is woven and does not do curves :/

Would you do a tutorial on chain stitching?? I think they looks so nice when you use a chain stitch to tack the facing down ☺️
It is admirable that your desire to sew was so strong that you started with making your pattern from an existing garment. I wish you well!!!!
Brilliant tutorial and I can sew. Very easy to follow. Beautiful finish. I am a new fan.
I like yours better. The fabric is glorious.

I’m curious as to why not do the understitching (on the interfacing) before turning it out?
I’m definitely going to try this dress! Loveit
What nail color are you wearing? It’s so pretty is it dip powder?
Looks like a Nightgown
You would sleep with all that volume? Interesting
Très beau, bravo !
Hi please makes a video that how to make the deferent patten. Thanks
Can you make this even though your machine doesn't have overlock? If so, what kind of stitching should I swap it with?
I bought the patern on easy but in fails isn't included the actual patern, please help
not a seamstress and don't aspire to be--I come for the competence
I like what you are wearing. Did you make it?

❤️❤️❤️
Love the dress, but can't believe you are selling the pattern.
You should modèl your robe
This is great - however I dont think that having to overlock the edges is very beginner friendly.
I höre nen deutschen accent 😋
