Yummy
Why do you hate that fridge so much?
Sonny.... I'm not giving up man.. don't make me start an online petition😆.
#wheresthemenudo
STOP USING ALCOHOL IN YOUR RECIPES. ALCOHOL DOES NOT BURN OFF ANYWHERE NEAR AS FAST AS PEOPLE THINK. GOOGLE IT. OVER 95% OF THE ALCOHOL REMAINS WHEN COOKING LIKE THIS. GIVE US ALTERNATIVES TO THE DEMON ALCOHOL

Smashed it Sonny!! If you're ever in London we've got plenty of fridges that need fucking up!
I used to spend a lot of time in London and even did a quick stage at Saint Johns, I'll be back and would love to cook something with you guys!
When your favorite cooking youtubers are fans of your other favorite cooking youtubers. Love the Fallow Channel!
if this comment gets most likes Sonny has to kiss the refrigerator in the next video instead of annihilating it
NO CHANCE!
In the words of the Yellow King...... "Nooooo"
I second the motion.
He already gave the fridge his sword recently soooooo pretty far past the kiss lmfao
Maybe the fridge will have to kiss sonny.....sonny's ASS!!!!!
Pull back from over the fence on the crazy guy waterboarding his fridge had me cracking up.
Dude- you are the front & center of our family's home made meals for the past year. We even got the pans! Love your show!! Keep this good sh*t up!
Honestly, not all youtube chefs make dishes that can actually be replicated at home like he does.
That's what I like to hear!
@@MyRealName Totally agree. A lot of channels either make things I'm not skilled enough to make yet, or the ingredients to make their recipes can get really expensive.
If you love restaurant level tips, tricks, and recipes then definitely give FALLOW A FOLLOW! www.youtube.com/@FallowLondon
They are a favourite of mine, as well, and it's nice to see them getting shouted out.
big fan of these two and hopefully can visit their restaurant one day
GIVE US FELLAS AT FALLOW A FOLLOW
Love to see you supporting other content creators!! Fallows a solid follow!
seems like you and Markus have upgraded your cinematography. I like it. Glad the channel is growing and things are going well.
we're doing our best!
Sonny, I watch several cooking channels, one of which is fallow. I love that you’re professional and confident enough to advertise another channel. It’s extremely classy of you.
With that said, you’re by far my favorite.
Just to throw it out, I think it was the “let’s see about that” episode when you “controlled” Marcus with the gaming controller, that was my favorite enemy fridge beating. This one, just the blurred middle finger was easily my second favorite.
I love the channel. Thank you, and to all the behind the scenes folks too
Thanks my friend! thanks for the kind words, you seem like a great person!
Fallow is the real deal!
Made this tonight for my 16 year old and I with a trio of different grade Aussie Denvers. Absolutely the best meal I've ever made at home. Followed the sauce recipe to the t and wow.
Thanks to channels like this one and Chef John over at Food Wishes, my wife and I can truthfully say that the best meals we have ever eaten have been cooked at home by us, and not by a restaurant. Thanks Dude.
Thanks to the team at Sorted Food I found Fallow and couldn't be happier to see you guys also digging their work too. Makes me so happy 😁
My no frills version is caramelized onions in bacon fat, garlic, soy sauce and a shot of ketchup to make it shine and bind it together. It's more of a condiment than a sauce.
Sounds delicious. I would put that on a hamburger 😊
Went to the Fallow last month and had an amazing meal and dining experience. Would recommend for anyone living in or visiting London.
Fallow is an amazing restaurant, i cannot recommend their cod head and sriracha butter enough
I like watching Fallow. Glad you found them
Fallow is one of my favourite restaurants in London. Nice one.
Another great video!
I agree, Marcus.
Throughout the years, I was so frustrated with my money paying for mediocre meals at restaurants. I decided to learn to cook. Thank you both. Btw, my favorite is the quartered turkey with gravy. I made it three times already.
As President of PETR, People for the Ethical Treatment of Refrigerators, I have some concerns. You'll be hearing from our attorneys.
And this is why I enjoy your Channel, short, to the point and so informative!
Marcus, great job editing enough to keep interest without being frenetic. Gives another level to production quality. Nice work both of you. Enjoyed the video.
This steak sauce is AMAZING! Made it for Mother's Day w ribeye, crab legs, mashed potatoes, asparagus. I’m not a huge sauce fan for steak, but this!!! Everyone loved it, best meal I've ever made in my life. And this over the ribeye: one of the best things I’ve eaten in my life.
Did you use store-bought beef stock or make your own?
@@TimMossey-je6ih store bought, no regrets. I can’t even imagine it being any better! Even though I’m sure home made would be better side by side…
Holy crap in a corner!!!! AMAZING!!! Just made this...The BEST! You never lead me astray!!!
Grat job, mate. I love Fallow; I've been several times. Their roasted Cod head is awesome.
Guard and Grace in Denver serves their steak like this! Best place I've ever eaten at. The difference with the sauce is a veal demi glace instead of this sauce that Dude made.
Been following fallow for while. Their recipes are dope
This recipe is a Keto dream come true!
Looks so amazing 😍
Sonny love the channel awesome recipes
I love how he saves the cap for himself. Something that I often do, because it's the best part 😅
When you see sonny cooking a peace of protein with type like kind of sauce you know its gonna be incredibly delicious but i will try it but untill i have a grill i will sear the steak in the pan then I'll build the sauce on the fond that left from it its agreat technique i learned from you and thank you for the video
Made this last night to go with a couple of ribeyes and it was absolutely spectacular. This is a fantastic recipe, thanks for sharing it!
i you use store-bought beef stock or make your own?
Dude that looks amazing...definitely giving this recipe a go!
That looks amazing
Great video guys! BIG SHOUT OUT to Fallow, who are awesome. 🙂😋😎❤
Yes, Fallow is really special
Omg I love the Fallow channel! Great to see you giving them a shout out, good stuff. I’ve made this and it’s quite excellent.
Try sauce Charcuterie with pork. It's similar to Robert's flavour profile with the addition of gherkins and Dijon mustard.
10 thumb's up! all my digits on my hands have been changed from fingers to thumbs. Loved the fridge torture.... you 2 are entertaining on so many levels. I will give this recipe a try..gotta love a rib-eye and with that sauce, can't wait to give it a go. Thanks for the comedic approach, never stop! Sincerely, Terry 👍
I love watching their POV videos
Their recipes are great too
So well done! Luvng it
I absolutely love your camera setup. Your videos are incredible and i look forward to seeing more!
When we butcher full ribeyes at work we take the cap and make steaks for lunch service, get 5 pieces from the eye and roll them for shape, and clean chain to get scraps for fortifying the beef stock
Yum, friggen yum!
It’s nice to see your technique driven videos, a great example of cooking fundamentals for the youngsters.
I made this tonight for my wife and she’s not a “sauce guy” but even she loved it. It was incredible. Sonny, you never miss man. Thanks so much!
Looks great - nice shout out to their site ❤👍🇨🇦
Can't wait to try this one out.
You really are a great cook! Applied several of your tips and it is always a win!!!
Wherever I see someone cooking with a fish spatula I know they’re the real deal.
I love the comedy, the spot on recipes. Awesome job.
Yum!!!! I'm actually getting ready to sous vide some beautiful ribeye cap steaks for tonight (I like searing it with duck fat in my cast iron after the sous vide). I will definitely try this sauce to accompany it! OHHH and I have a bottle of aged Banyuls red wine vinegar to go into this sauce!!!! Perfect timing!!!! Cheers!!! Salud!!!
How did your steak sauce come out? I'm thinking of trying it this weekend.
@@bryanhayes9728 OMG we loved it! Husband really enjoyed it. Ribcaps are so flavorful on their own, that I alternated eating some with sauce and a little without. I highly recommend it and will definitely make it again!!!
@@maries1381 thanks for letting me know, I’ll definitely go ahead and make this for my mom on Mother’s Day this weekend! Appreciate your reply!!
@@bryanhayes9728 Let us know here afterwards how she liked it as well as you! Happy Mother's Day to your mom!
@@maries1381Oh my gosh this was amazing! Thanks for your recommendation!! We had ribeyes, crab legs, asparagus, potatoes, and this sauce; long family dinner outside by candle light. Everything was perfect! Mom and everyone loved it. Hope your weekend was great too. Especially for you and any Mother’s in your family - Cheers to you & yours!!
I love the Fallow channel, it’s wicked cool to see what an actual commercial kitchen is like
Dude(s): I made it and it was awesome! Thank you so much for helping me to elevate my home “chef” game. Y’all rock!
BTW: Did the sauce in a Made In 3.5 quart saucier. They rock, too!
Making this tonight for my son and I. Can't wait. I showed him and he said "you better make a lot of the sauce".
You are an inspiration!!! Thank you.
Good stuff. Thank you.
This video got me feeling saucy
waterboarding the fridge.....priceless!!😂
What a coincidence, I just watched Fallow's latest video (Mac/Cheese) right before this.
I bought the 3 ply Madein 12in it's awesome! No need to do the 5ply IMO Love you Buddy
Best Intro Music Ever!
Lol thanks for the mini shout-out. I commented about the neighbors watching you water board the fridge!
My god, Sonny *and* the boys from Fallow?!? This is like when all the Marvel superheroes first came together as the Avengers…. Bloody amazing
this weekend i will
I love that you use a simple, classic Webber-style kettle grill. It looks like you're using proper hardwood to create the charcoal for that proper smoke flavor?
Sunny! The second you said you follow Fallow I tracked them down and subscribed! Thanks a ton for all the tips and tricks you’ve given me for cooking brother!
That new camera angle with the red pots and plants lit by fairy lights makes this look like a Christmas special 30% of the time
*neon
If you haven't heard of it yet, you should look into Pickapeppa sauce which comes from Jamaica. It's more of a condiment/marinade, but you can think of it as a tropical version of worcestershire. It's right near the top as one of the best sauces I've tasted. I think it would take the culinary world by storm as more people discover it. I think it works best as a condiment/dipping sauce, but in Jamaica it's used in all kinds of things. It's barrel aged with the following ingredients: cane sugar, onions, tomato paste, sea salt, peppers, raisins, ginger, mango concentrate, cloves, thyme, garlic, black pepper, and orange peel.
Sonny, I would love to see you cater to a bunch of people. Your cooking tips and methods are really spot on, and it would be great to see some people enjoying your food. You could bring the refrigerator for emphasis.
Best pro-level cooking channel out there!
The new camera angle is nice! Keep it up Sonny!
Fallow is a great restaurant… the beef ribs was our favourite dish more than their signature cod head with sriracha sauce
Just got some made in cookware using your link. Thanks Sonny!
Absolutely one of the best cooking channels indeed!!! Only here can one see a fridge be waterboarded!!
The probe on my meat thermometer has chucked it can you recommend one?
Lol flicking off the fridge, dude you never miss lol
Dang and I didn’t even get to the water boarding. Bro there is a reason you are the GOAT! and it’s not just the food lol
It is basically non sweet bacon onion jam in sauce form
That looks freakin awesome I love juicey sauces will be trying this …..😉. 🍷
Love that channel, been subscribed for a while
Fallows channel is awesome (so is yours(but not as much as theirs)) Going to have to try this one!
Classic sauce with bacon added. Great technique. It looks unbeatable.
This sauce is crazy good!!!
Did @thatdudecancook JUST waterboard the fridge over this steak and sauce!??
🤯
😳duuuude😳
Fallow is an awesome channel!
Cooking this over the weekend... I'll let ya know how it comes out...
How was it?
Nice
Fallow is incredible. Def a place to visit if you’re ever in london
This should be a requirement before any commercial cook serves anyone.😋
HOLY CR*P Dude-that-can-Cook!! (My temporary moniker). That sauce is absolutely incredible! Dead serious. Incredible. I made a double batch of that sauce because I was sharing half of it with my Sister and our Mum...when doling out the sauce for THEIR portion of the meal I genuinely short-changed the serving...guilty as charged. I'm such a bad Son for doing this, and I feel bad but, perhaps I should consider switching over to being Catholic so I can confess my sin...whadayathink? No, seriously. Exceptional sauce Sir. Kudos. It is now on my 'forever' menu.......
Same here!!! Amazing.
Would it be a sin to add some cream to this to make it a little smoother?
Looks good, I will more than likely micro dice the ingredients or strain it
I was about to say, DONT FORGET THE DECKLE! whew, had me goin there for a minute, that's the best part of a Ribeye.
What do you use to keep the exterior of your Made In pan looking so nice? Mine look scorched and I've only had them a few months.
Someone once said
"You know a good chef from the steak, but you'll remember a good chef from the sauce"
Giggles thanks Markus 😊
Gosh, I'm so happy to see you cooking a scotch fillet (ribeye) over charcoal
My son and his cousins used to water board each other when they were like 6 years old. One of my best pics
we love the red cam!
Imma keep it real with you chief, I don’t think the new camera angle adds anything but I do like the set dressing behind it and I don’t want to discourage you guys from doing new things
