From early 1981.
This is the 2nd U.K. single by Icehouse since changing their name from Flowers and signing to Chrysalis.
It's the first of three videos directed by Russell Mulcahy who is better known for his extensive work with Duran Duran and Elton John along with many other new wave / new romantic acts from the late 70's and early to mid 80's before the Highlander film of 1986.
The soundtrack also features the new Chrysalis vocal remix which I hate to say I do prefer.
Love In Motion was (I think) recorded by Iva in London and released as a single in Australia just before the band split up.
Iva re-recorded Love In Motion whilst making the Primitive Man album in the U.S. the following year, possibly to keep Chrysalis happy.
