These appear to be impounded cars not abandoned cars. Owners don't collect because of the extortionate fees (bribes) being slapped onto them.

hey there is a abandoned ferarri near my house in surat. Its in really bad condtion. Full of dust.Its seats are almost torn and the inside leather is wearing off. Also the ferrarri symbol from its back has been taken off by someone. We recognised it when we saw it from the front and then saw the steering. I dont know its model. But this one is pretty expensive too..
I think its a ferrari california. Not sure. But is price is above 1.5 crores
