Alfa Romeo is a great brand, one of the most important, the only problem is that now is managed badly. Japanese cars are reliable, but they are inferior to italian cars, their design is so sad....

And they last for ever I have a 2005 Scion xB that’s has over 230k miles and I haven’t change the timing chain yet only regular maintenance like fuel, air, and oil filters the tires and regular oil change etc! My cousin owns a 2006 Corolla with 350k miles and nothing just regular maintenance 😉
@@jaymed5228 Well that is obvious. Toyotas and Japanese cars generally are just basics. Their reliable cars still running in Africa are just motors on a car frame, of course it is reliable. There is not much to break to start with.
I have a 2015 Toyota Corolla and have had it for 7 years now. Its still getting us from a to b and back to a. Only 1k miles when we got it 7 years ago and now has over 45k miles on it.
We have a car from 2008 that has driven us over 100k miles, across Spain and back

The address of Daihatsu's headquarters is in Ikeda, Osaka.
It is now a subsidiary of Toyota.
Daihatsu makes and sells cars to Japan, China, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc.
No malaysia anymore. Daihatsu rebrand to Perodua for malaysia market

@@GS7999 what Im refering to is the heritage, Jaguar and Landrover were born in the UK and thats the only reason they are still considered british cars, Lamborghini is owned by a German company but its still considered Italian cause thats where it came from.
When they say Jaguar is a british car they are refering to its heritage not ownership.
I know its a little confusing but thats just how it works in the motoring world, I dont make the rules but even Tata dont declare Jaguar and Landrover as Indian cars. None of this is my opinon I'm stating the facts and how it actually works.

@peace World China heavily used Volvos technology and craftsmanship to build cars. That’s why they bought them and invested billions in them as a free company. Wise not to just make things up and then type them in public.
@@Moshiby but this video ain't about the country of origin of any brands with their networth. It is speaking about largest car brands. So when we look at it in that way, TATA is a company owning certain other brands which is originated in other countries but under the company TATA presently. So, TATA has a networth which clearly place it among top 10 as a car company. Similarly Volkswagen. I'm not arguing Landover or jaguar is manufactured in India but they come under TATA and that is an Indian company.
If they branded their cars this way no one would buy them. In fact, Volvo is one of the few companies I know of that puts a national flag in their interior and it is Swedish. They should put Chinese flag if they think they are chinese brand

People need to stop confusing the brand with ownership. A foreign company (Say, Tata) might own a brand (Jaguar/ Landrover), but the vehicles are still designed, developed in the UK, it's country of origin, so it's a British car brand owned by an Indian company.

A company has its own separate legal entity hence LAND ROVER AND JAGUAR are still a British brand company.because they both the companies are registered in their own home country.
That makes tesla and apple chinese.
