Thankyou for this wonderful video ..it really help me to make a mind to finally move there ....you are doing a fantastic job ..keep it up ...and thanks a lot once again
Thanks for sharing your insights! I'm considering moving to Canada to pursue a postgraduate course and perhaps do some teaching! Halifax is definitely a feasible option.
I recently moved to halifax but unfortunately i cannot find a job due to covid 19 and I do not have lot of time left on my work permit. This is stressful.
Really an informative video. I'm arriving Halifax in Jan 2019 for M.Eng in Dal. Can you throw some light on part time jobs and some websites through which I can get a house on rent and part time jobs. Thanks in advance.
Apply to all fast food and retail. For apartments, come here for a week and get a viewing of all of them. Then select your favourite. Come we’ll in advance or the good ones will be taken.
Hi nader, I am planning to pursue my MS in semi technical course in Dalhousie but the only queries i have is 1. will i be able to find partime jobs during my study?? 2. yes careers in nova scotia ?? 3. i heard business is gud there but is it to startup or work under other start ups ?
Awesome job!!! I'm really considering Halifax after watching your videos. Thanks for sharing! I'm wondering how hard / easy it is to get a remote job in Canada? I.e. Living in Halifax and working remotely to a company in Calgary. I work as a paid media manager for Facebook Ads and Google Ads. I don't have necessarily to be inside the company to do my job.
Hey there! Glad you’re considering Halifax. As a new Canadian if you want a remote job it’s probably better to create your own... (find your own clients). Most companies are still traditional and as a newcomer, even established modern ones would be unlikely to give you remote work immediately. It usually has to be negotiated, though it’s not impossible.
Thanks for your awesome advice and for watching my videos. I took your advice and made another 10 minute video about Halifax. All about transportation, food and a better cost breakdown.
Hi Nader i am planning to study next year in Ivany Campus NSCC, my doubt : is it difficult find sort menial or survivor Job like McDonald, starbucks, tim hurton? And how difficult is for a person (my wife) with B1 english level find those jobs? Thanks.
Please reply me sir. I am intending to move to nova scotia from june do i need to show them job offer letter or lease confirmation? because i have heard if we are unable to show any of these we won't be allowed to enter in the province. please let me know if its true or not

Yes, you should take advantage of that opportunity. There aren't many countries that allow for this so easily and people around the world really want that opportunity.
Hii.. this video is really informative . I'm from India and planning to do a master's degree in Applied Human Nutrition at Mount St. Vincent university, Halifax . I'm quite skeptical about the university and also the course . Could you please help me out
Industrial engineering is popular, but pick the one you like most. If you rise to the top of any engineering field, your job prospects will be great. It's more about how hard you push to get a job and how hard you work than what type of engineering course you pick.
