FRYING FISH & SHRIMP ON THE BLACKSTONE E-SERIES GRIDLE

I wanted to try frying some food on the Blackstone E-Series Indoor Electric Griddle to see if it works. I cooked some fish and shrimp since they weren't too thick and hoped they would cook properly.

Thank you! I bought plantains one time long ago (pre internet) but didn't know what to do with them lol. Do you grill or fry them?

@@AllAmericanMack I like them thin sliced, fried in butter, lightly salted. There are a lot of recipes, though. If you want to try a new thing, they are also like mashed potatoes if you you bake or boil and mash them. They are basically a tasteless starch, they reflect what else you put in the dish.
If you decide to, post it. I don't post at all, but watching truckers cook is kinda getting me thinking I need to change that up...

Definitely a healthy way to fry fish, less oil.

I did eat it after the video and thought it was pretty good considering it was only fried in a minimal of oil. 👍
