I've been hydrodipping my prints and other stuff for years. It's good fun, only tip I have to make it a bit easier is start with a corner and roll the part into the film. Also if you do big parts tape the edges of the film so they float as you don't want water on the other side of the film because you will ruin the film
I know this video is already 10 months old, but I just wanted to add a small pro tip. If you do mess up your dip and have to clean it off to start over. The best thing that takes all of the hydro film off and easily is to use denatured alcohol and a lint free cloth. Way easier and faster than having to sand for hours. The denatured alcohol takes it right off as long as you haven't put a clear coat on it yet.

I am going to have to try this!
I didn't even realize you had put out a new video, I thought that picture on HotMakes was just a photo from ERRF!
Yeah, think most thought the same 🤣
Just crazy awesome what that Hydrographics can do to an object

It isn't a desk video, but I am not that successful yet 😉
@@TripodsGarage we know we haven’t made it until that desk dawn day
Came out really neat. Jon would be proud to ride it.
Thanks! Now I need to come up with something different for this year's MRRF and ERRF!
Interesting finish. Will definitely keep this in mind for future projects
This is only attempt at hydrographics. I have to say, it i pretty cool and fun!
