This fan is in White and Polished Brass finish, has 5 White Oak blades, it has a Schoolhouse light kit in Polished Brass, it has a 60w incandescent light bulb, it has a black and antique brass pull chain on the light, it has a polished brass pull chain on the fan, the light kit is from June 1994, and this fan is from around 1994.
    The blades are non reversible.
This is a 5 blades or 4 blades fan.
Parts that are not original to this fan: Mounting bracket, light chain switch, 3 thumbscrews, the globe, and longer pull chains.
This fan did not come with a mounting bracket, so I got a new one.
The light chain was broken, so I had to get a new one.
I decided to get 3 new thumbscrews because the 2 other ones were faded to chrome, and 1 was missing.
This fan did not come with a globe, so I put a new one on it, they kept the original globe and the bulb so we are going to keep the new globe.
There was nothing on both of the pull chains, so I decided to longer them to make it look nice.
The blades were in bad shape; they were moldy and paint was peeling off. So I took the paint off, then use Lysol wipes to wipe the blades and mildew off, after that I painted all 10 sides of the blades in white, and I used a white paint marker on the sides.
This fan is from a person who works with my mom, and I got it because her grandson has pulled the whole fan out of the ceiling. So my mom got it from her at work and for me to restore, and I’m restoring this fan back to her. So soon my mom will bring the fan back to her at work, and this fan will not be for Habitat.
