WE FOUND FISHING PARADISE. I have never seen so many fish in one place. THIS PLACE IS UNTOUCHED Epic schools of fish (Koheru) on the surface busting up with YELLOW TAIL KINGFISH lurking just below. Jigging and live baiting under the bait produced so many kings
This was part of a recent expedition to the Mokohinau Islands, a remote island group in New Zealand. This place is breath taking and the fishing also left you breathless! With football field sized schools of fish on the surface the king fish were ambushing at will. Using both live bait and jigging we hooked so many of these amazing fish. It was a back breaking rod bending adventure.
