    Question Why dont use use rubber tiped tongs to turn the food? Its faster and you would have more controll. I use tongs even for my scrambled eggs. 🍄

      Is Hoisin sauce vegan though? I honestly have no idea what's in it. When I lived in California, my friend was a vegan, she'd use something called mushroom sauce, I think. But it may have been an alternative to oyster sauce rather than hoisin. Either way, you should try it? Not really sure why I left this comment. It really lacks direction. But I hope you enjoyed it :)

      Hoisin sauce, it's a lot thicker than soy sauce and has a savory sweetness to it

      Soy sauce and hoisin sauce both are salty
