That's a great bag / cook set for sure Kal, despite its size it has the ability to carry lots and you have it well equipped for the task. The kit has so many options on how to use the stove it's great, that was a delicious looking meal it's the first time I've heard of that peppered Bologna looks and sounds great . I'm like you I hate wasting food I get every bit out of the bag. Hope you have an awesome week my buddy

The hook goes through the front metal D clamp so your hand does not touch the pot when it is hot and to help with pouring. That is why there are two divots on the handle. It is not just for hanging it over a fire. Look up some videos on this Swedish pot system and you will see how it works.😊

I have a PFM 40 and have been thinking hard about that bag.
I have always carried 2 Coghlans salt and pepper shakers. One with salt and pepper the other width, curry, and cayenne pepper they give me a lot of versatility to tweak meals. They would fit comfortably in that bag
Curious, what is that fix blade you have on your belt?
