I think time slot explained by you is not correct ..... I think employee can book only cheapest in a particular time slot (not the cheapest included in all time slot) .

This thing purely depend on your appointment and management. If the regular employement dehors previous all revious contractual vacancies then its not possible. I'm facing the same regarding CPF withdrawal of an employee in IIIT-Allahabad. Previous employement was in projects contractual now she's permenant. You can take your flight from Delhi but reimbursement will be restricted as per your entitlement and from HQ to Andaman.

Initial directions were issued in this regard on 16/06/2022. If Air tickets were booked before that, there will be no problem in reimbursement.

you can directly go to andmaan from delhi by flight but you will only got reimbursement for the lowest b/w delhi-kolkata-andmaan and delhi-andmaan

पत्नी को हरियाणा सरकार से LTC के रूप में हर 4 साल में एक महीने की सैलरी मिल कैश मिल जाती है।
क्या पति दिल्ली सरकार में केवल अपना और बच्चो ( केवल 3 लोगो) का LTC या LTC home town ले सकता है?
हां या नहीं?
अगर नही ले सकता तो यह जरूर बताइए कि क्या वह पति बिना LTC claim किए Leave Encashment (6 बार 10 - 10 दिन in service) ले सकता है?
I think time slot explained by you is not correct ..... I think employee can book only cheapest in a particular time slot (not the cheapest included in all time slot) .

This thing purely depend on your appointment and management. If the regular employement dehors previous all revious contractual vacancies then its not possible. I'm facing the same regarding CPF withdrawal of an employee in IIIT-Allahabad. Previous employement was in projects contractual now she's permenant.
What she want is interest from beginning to till date. But her cpf interest a/c freezes after the termination from that contractual project vacancy.

Yes, In all India LTC you can visit any place in India including above mentioned places.
Sir, i hv joined central government on 21 mar 2018, i hv taken my all india LTC in Aug 2022 for leh Ladakh (as per first block,4th occasion), now as per the new extended office memorandum, Can i take LTC for Kashmir,by converting my hometown LTC for J&K INBETWEEN JAN23 TO DEC 23?

Hello sir. I've booked my ticket from IRCTC in which IRCTC BOOKING CHARGES are included. At the time of reimbursement, my office is not paying irctc booking charges due to the point that no agency charges are reimbursable... Is this correct??? Kindly provide this information
