One thing I genuinely liked about the host is that he is also a beginner and didn’t feel ashamed of accepting his mistakes and open to learn. Because until someone tells you are wrong you live in an illusion that everything you have done is correct
A person can follow all the rules you say and still can remain financial weak. You see there are many factors that need to be in your favour in order to make you financial strong.

I disagree with the statement "Never invest in NFOs" I am a mutual fund distributor myself and recommended my clients to invest in Axis Manufacturing NFO, the suggestion was backed by the reasearch i had done and it worked, my clients earned around 40% profit if we take today's NAV! The statement is not necer invest in NFOs, the statement is identify good NFOs and never miss the opportunity to invest in them.

The reason why warren buffet short his apple shares is because of the tax - which is on the gains which is again 21% which is low at that point of time. and he saw this has an opportunity to sell so he did it. and now when the cash pile that he has he might or he will should I say will be for new investment journeys that he would wanna step on!

Jo questions yeh "VINAMRA" answer nahi kar paye , ek 15-20 saal ka banda jisne achhe se thoda bahut videos dekh kar , khud se reserach kiya hog , wo easily bata dega . Han , but , yeh v 1-2 saal baad mujhe pata laga tha , direct vs regular , different caps etc. aur kaise identify karna hai and all , expense ratio etc.
