Sir we have booked ticket before 21 days of outgoing journey. Can we book return ticket before 21 days of return journey date or it should be with outgoing journey? As the return ticket prices are high at this time compare to other days.

Sir, 90 % advance jo mila karta tha ab wo band kar diya he dena, Head Office wale kehte hen ki pehele visit kar ke aao LTC 80 or other baad me aake adjustment/bill bhejo tab payment hoga, kya new rulling me 90 % advance milna bhi band ho gya he kya ?

You can convert your Home Town LTC to all India (Jammu kashmir). You can travel by air from Delhi to Jammu kashmir.

Sir, I am retiring in May 23, can I avail hometown ltc, however I availed all India ltc in December 22,
Leave Encashment for LTC Purpose may be applied after how much time. As one person applied for Home town LTC for block 2020-21 extended up to 31.12.2022 and after that with in one month he has applied for All India LTC for block 2022-25 with 10 days Leave encashment due to retirement in next month. Leave encashment may be allowed only one time of 4 year block or not.
You can apply Leave encashment before start of journey...
