Dude’s a beast- relatively speaking - very impressive
Thanks for watching... here's a better clip from 2020 age 57 with 32kg Snatches (54 Unbroken)

I don’t know what’s more impressive, him throwing that much weight around like it’s nothing or the $400,000 worth of kettlebells in the background!! 😂😂
Incremental progress 1 day at a time... and there's about $1,700 worth of Kettlebells, Maces & Clubs purchased new & used over a 5 year period.
Stumbled upon your videos today, and they're very inspiring. I'm a 31 y/old dad, and I have goals to maintain this type of strength and fitness at age 60-70. Keep it up!
Thanks for watching... key is consistency! But stretching & flexibility becomes essential to preserving Strength as we age. Start now in your 30s, I didn't discover Kettlebells & Functional Fitness until I was 50!
Good "wiry" strength. Great tendons. Good job!
Great job brother. I'm 59 and love my kettlebells too. Peace
What a great vibe this dude has! Keep the good work mate. Peace
Молодец , гиря 32 килограмм на соревнованиях один подъем за два считается , так что результат неплохой , молодежь не все поднимут!)
good job!
Really impressive man! It's a great motivation for me. Old man strength forever!!!
@calicookstunes6530 that was 3yrs ago still going strong at 61! See below...

Very well done, indeed. Let me express my humble opinion, nonetheless. I think it could be more beneficial to reduce the weight and augment the quality of the movement. Anyway, this is an inspiration for everyone to keep active through the years.
Thanks for watching... indeed near max range for tall thin frame at 58 yrs, now 60. I only do those max efforts 2 or 3 times per year. But trust me I know my limits and work within those parameters. Core strength is everything as we age thus I devote alot of time in that domain, especially Turkish Getups (have done 1,000 in a Month 44lbs and 50 with 60lbs in 30 minutes)
now this is strength
Thanks Ethan ... just incremental gains over time. Preservation is the hard part
Great work. Motivation
That is mad impressive.
Thanks. The above video was age 58 and the video below was age 57 when I completed 54 Unbroken Snatches with 70lbs @ Bodyweight 182lbs 6'5"

Impressive effort. Even if the snatches arent quality the fact you can lift that overhead is impressive indeed. Your heart rate mustve been beating away 😂. Great job though!
You are a fooking beast, mate.
Thanks for checking out my channel Hurenzo... I'm 61 now hanging in there! My latest with 70lbs last week below link...

Good set, Ken!
Wow- here for this! 🤓
God job
Молодец! Отличная работа!
It means great job!
Awesome… nice work
Inspirational.
Тоже попробовал. Получилось 18+7 (левая рука совсем неловкая).
Bravo!
Good stuff
Maaan. This is heavy said doc to Marty
Well done Sir
Thanks Shane
Impressive.
i hope your wrists and ellbows are well
Excellent at 61 .... please checkout my video library under shorts tab as well. Resilient conditioning program
@@kettlebellken Awesome!
you’re gonna break your wrist , watch the technique! more is not always better…🙌
Thanks for watching and yes the technique was not the best but it was a max effort 3 years ago. Below is a recent attempt again at age 61. My wrists are strong checkout my club videos as well.

Power mover!
Good genetics
No lock out at the top on right side?
Indeed a shortfall
@@kettlebellken Still very impressive
@@kettlebellken are you left handed like me? i have that same problem with the 70lb KB cling. Im close to a full lockout on the right side. My left I can easily lock it out. Any suggestions on creating an equal balance?
Yes a lefty. Perhaps right arm ( non dominant) fatigues faster with heavier load, but more concentration on lockout is probably required too. On a side note, I have NOT been doing as many heavy TGUs (70-90lbs) since 2019 and thus believe my lockout strength has diminished
This kind of shit needs to be banned
What I call big boy snatches .
Thanks Glenn. I'm Holding on to the edge at 59, and the standing reach is 8'5" ... to far!
@@kettlebellken I'm 49 got my kettlebells last year I'm made I only brought up to 18kg but it's been a challenging and fun but when I grow maybe I can be like you .
@@GLEN515 that's awesome, it's a transition most gym folks don't make. So good job learning a new training method and embracing KBs. They will make your body functionally strong and balanced.
You are stong man - thats plus, your technique sucks - thats minus :) Anyways, great stuff for 58 dude 👍
Those aren’t snatches, but good effort.
Hey Usman thanks for watching... I agree form not the best on this set as I was already in a fatigued state after 60 Snatches with 65 & 75lbs. Also I am 6'5" 182lbs so the laws of physics are definitely working against my thin frame. Here's a better example with 60lbs at age 56 ua-cam.com/video/0a05aieQI7M/v-deo.html
usman; post a vid of you doing better then, soi boy
Nice job.
Give it a little more hip drive and push your hips all the way through.
Do a practice session and go back and forth between a lighter and heavier bell and really focus on using only the hip drive and very little arms.
Чувак ты просто дистрофик.😂
You don’t like competition KBs?
Actually I do like them for high volume Snatches, as they offer more control & feel, just started using competition KBs in 2019. For most other exercises prefer standard KBs, especially for TGUs.
@@kettlebellken what’s your max weight for TGU? Do you normally train with a lighter weight?
@@TioVar2023 hey Paul thanks for visiting my channel. At age 57 I was snatching 88lbs 40kg 2 or 3 times per side. The majority of my workouts are usually 40-60lbs. Now at 59 reality is setting in & it's more about Preserving strength & flexibility.
@@TioVar2023 and yes TGUs (my fav) max 90lbs at age 56. Nowadays stay moderate 44-55lbs high volume and occasionally use 65-70lbs.
Its seems 22kgs
Definitely 32kg
A year earlier I Did an Unbroken Snatch set challenge of 54 reps with 70lbs...

Thanks for sharing Ken. God bless
Thank you for kind response. Hope you enjoy the channe & find it helpful. Likewise God Bless
