No, Floyd never changed his demands. Floyd asked for FULL Olympic style testing, from day 1. At first Pac's camp said no way. Then they said Ok, if we can get a 30 day cut off. Floyd said no, OST means random testing up to the day of the fight. Pac's camp say Ok, as long as we can have a 14 day cut off. Floyd says no, OST means random testing up to day of fight. Fight talks break down. Now ask yourself- why would someone request a 14-day cut off? Victor Conte knows the answer.
