❗️Attention, I recommend using ingredients in grams as this is a more accurate and correct recipe! * Cup = 200 ml
Ingredients
🍰Sponge cake:
4 egg whites
a pinch of salt
120 g (2/3 cups / 4 oz) sugar
Beat until soft peaks form, about 5 minutes
4 egg yolks
30 ml (2 tbsp / 1 fl oz) vegetable oil
Juice of 1 lemon
120 g (3/4 cup / 4.2 oz) flour
5g (1 tsp) baking powder
Baking tin 20 cm
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C / 320°F for 35 minutes
Cut off the top layer
Cut into 3 equal parts
Spread with raspberry jam
🍦Cream:
400 ml (2 cups / 14 oz) sweetened fat cream (30%)
300 g (5 heaped tbsp / 10.5 oz) cream cheese (Philadelphia)
Assemble the cake like in the video
Place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
Decorate the cake with thyme sprigs and pomegranate seeds.

Sul fondo quando assembli si può mettere carta forno?e chi nn.ha l acetato da mettere attorno?-io nn ho l acetato così come nn ho la spatola piegata a 90 gradi
La crema può essere stesa anche con un cucchiaio o una spatola in silicone. Potete posizionare la torta su un piatto durante il montaggio per servirla più facilmente. Per la cottura senza carta da forno è meglio imburrare bene i lati della pirofila.
