You can watch the Unicorn Gundam transform from Unicorn mode to Destroy mode at any of the four daily shows. The showtimes are 11am, 1pm, 3pm, and 5pm. Arrive 10 to 15 minutes early, so you can get a good spot for photos. In the evening, you can watch one of the night productions going on every 30 minutes starting from 730pm until 930pm.

or Gunpla (ガンプラ, Ganpura) are model kits depicting the vehicles and characters of the fictional Gundam multiverse by Bandai. These kits became popular among mecha anime fans and model enthusiasts in Japan and in other nearby Asian countries beginning in the 1980s. Gundam modeling spread in the 1990s with North America and Europe being exposed to Gundam through television, video and manga.

The original Gundam Statue in Odaiba was actually first displayed back on July 10, 2009, during Mobile Suit Gundam’s 30th Anniversary, as part of the Green Tokyo Gundam Project. The Green Tokyo Gundam Project was an event that helped raise funds for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s push for a “greener” future, and was part of Tokyo’s bid to host the 2016 Olympics. And though Tokyo didn’t get the 2016 Olympics, they were able to get the 2020 Olympics--maybe the Gundam had something to do with that?
The Mobile Suit represented was the RX-78-2 Gundam, which debuted in the first episode of Mobile Suit Gundam and is considered the signature Mobile Suit of the series.

Peek lang yung sa mga toys pala. The real treat was the huge statue outside. It lights up pa at night. Ang ganda!

That Gundam statue.oh nakakamiss maging bata. Naalala ko this is one of the cartoon/anime that I love to watched. Naiiyak pa ako in some episodes ung mga scene nila Kira at Lacus sa Seed.
