- Road run footage through Rothbury Northumberland out over Cragside to the A697 loaded with logs for A & J Scott sawmill Wooperton. Footage with a gopro hero2 camera in cab and a Rode shotgun mic outside the cab on the sunroof to record the full noise from the twin stacks!!!!

The most excellent noise. There’s no better noise than a Scania V8 breathing through twin stacks while working hard. I’m desperate trying to persuade my father to add a V8 to his 500+ Scania/Volvo fleet. This UA-cam clip will no doubt help my case!

Guttural and brutal, sounds like a beast is roaring. Some only straight pipes because loud = good (even me shitting my pants makes a better sound) but this is actually nice sounding straight pipes.
