- One of the craziest vehicles I've ever been into... The mighty Scania V8 of Tomas Kosovan (Tomas Coca Cola), tuned in pure Greek style both inside and outside. The engine is well over 1000 hp with the "festival program" and the changed turbocharger. The exhaust system is also heavily modified. :)
Something you don't see everyday. ;)

Other informations you should know:
1. This was on a truck meeting, on closed roads.
2. The truck's ECU was actually programmed for over 1000 hp (the tuner said "no limit") and smoking BUT only for the show, for festival purposes.
3. On normal days the driver does not drive like this, so please don't bully him. This style was for the show as well. And as you can see, hundreds of people liked it.

Whether for a show or not that is not how you drive!!! Poor show a proper driver would never do that knowing what it is doing to that engine!
What exactly he did that ruins the engine? 🤷♂️ Revving? Accelerating? 🤷♂️
No v8 should ever b out of the greenband ie 1400/1500 revs all you r doing is melting manifolds mate
The max rev is set to about 1900-2200 in factory, so the engine should handle it until then. I guess. Yeah, 2200-2500 which this one probably hits is surely not healthy, but at this level of Greek tuning the mechanical parts are also changed- as far as I can see what they're doing down there.
Zivatary just because the max is 2000 doesn’t mean you go that far no manufacturer in the world will tell you to max revs and I doubt very much if all mechanical parts have been changed all these Greek trucks r mostly second hand. I was a scania mechanic for over 9years so trust me when I say driving like this will kill that truck not only the engine but also the running gear.

jo,to je tedy show v podstatě nekontrolovatelně letět něčím co má cca 8 tun jak idiot v normálním provozu,asi někde od 3tí minuty a najde se tam více částí kde jde vidět že to prostě už nemá jen tak v ruce a auto s ním cvičí... :D nehledě na to že chudák Scanie...už tak je jich málo a takhle jí ještě nakládat...jen další vylítaný vrak co bude za pár let na prodej.

It’s because they put a third called a butterfly flap in the exughst and it sounds horrible in my opinion they sound 1.000% better strait out look it up amd it sounds so much better

The clutches are massive & designed for pulling 50 tonnes up hill !!
These trucks last forever, driven hard all day everyday. But are well serviced & cared for.
well...Scanias weak point is their rear axles.. and with that tourque and power makes that a legit question.

@@chris77777777ify They fall apart being stock. Increasing engine power probably means less life for the engine and less life for the rest of the powertrain that wasnt designed for such power. Doing a burnout in a truck with the differential lock on probably wont do much good either.

@@bartduin7390 read the first comment of the video. This is done on closed road and is a show, NOT normal daily driving. People do things like this EVEN IN SWEDEN so shut the fuck up and mind your own business. Also the original sound is just the diesel rattle from the engine. The exhaust doesn't sound any good. Also the camera doesn't capture the sound nicely. I've heard this truck running in real life and it sounds much better

@@Matt-di6nb it is a bad sound. It barely sounds like a truck. Let alone how much money it costs to run this thing. With this much HP and torque let alone the poor clutch, it isn't going to last long at all
