I think this is the type of content/youtube chanel towards skaters in the 20's and above... It's simple, fun to watch and make you wanna skate.
I 14 and I still love it XD
You have an older mind my friend.
It’s unbelievable how much you post such good content!
I like how Progress Daily is like The Homies, just skate crew, chill in, n John's channel is like, organized and explained, there's a perfect balance
Exactly
One of my homies has been building a DIY for a year, living there n shit, he had the volcom team skate there people like trey wood, even had thrasher pay him to do a jeff grosso tribute in his DIY this world is so beautiful
That’s nicer then my local lol
Factsss
@@JacksonLinn. ikr 😁
I’m from Columbia and as you can see from the last video, this DIY is better than the local
I’m from SoCal and my city tears down diys weeks after their built but yet doesn’t even have a skatepark
Same
the smoothness at 5:50 is undeniable.... wow
That Diy skatepark is amazing, it's honestly (I'm not joking when I say this) better than my local.
What state / country you live in?
I'll say it again THIS IS WHERE IRVING SHINES! He is so good in the streets man
Crazy how your DIY is massive compared to the one in my town, it’s actually sick asf. Still love my town’s DIY with a passion tho
Most relaxing skating video I have ever watched. Thats a compliment.
One of the best DIY parks I’ve seen
i dont have one anywhere near me , nor have i seen many ... but that is the best diy ive ever seen ! looks so fun
This, this is what skateboarding is all about.
I must admit Progress Daily is putting some of the best skate content out at the moment. You guys really are capturing the real purity of skateboarding,
this is a better park then anyone in my city.
I wish I had friends 😂 0:22
I rate your DIY 4/5. looks like a lot fun
the photographer has such a good skateboardin style
putting some good tricks down on that pyramid
It’s always a good time with the bois filming this stuff. All of the guys kill it and I get to watch it through the camera lens and then again through the videos. Some of the tricks I’m so focused on on filming that I forget what tricks they do till the videos come out.
That place looks super legit! 9/10
Yo this is sick would love to see more footage from there :)
My town does not have a DIY or a park but we built a kicker on the basketball courts that have been closed all COVID and the police came and chopped up the ply wood that was the rideable surface with a chain saw.
reminds me of the first day I built my first backyard dirt jump that turned into “the track” ...yes janky was an understatement. it looked almost like that first lump and the bump to block thing but was a 1/2ft highx1/2ft high table top ...thanks for the memory
**lowBlock DIY 4/5 I’d say maybe 3.5/5?bc of some of the rough spots before pyramid n after big round rail, and if a couple of the rails n ledges would be 2-4ft longer could be a 10/10 w another few bigger 1/4Pipes to make a miniRamp area w ground smoothed out if that makes sense. full DIY park gets rated on a full/10 scale. some guys had a couple smaller DIY parks back 15+ yrs ago in my area that were 2.5/5 and there was one indoor DIY warehouse that got made that was an old lumber yard that was 8.5/10 bc it had a good 6ft 1/4 pipe, a table top ‘A style’ ramp maybe a ledge or rails that all were pretty good, sketchy built but worked for some reason and was all pretty smooth, just stacked pallets and I guess parts of the 1/4 transition were prefabbed then screwed together inside the lumber yard w the chord less. was sketchy bc you could get pretty badly busted for being in there but there was a good get away plan w dead ends, woods and dispersal routes should something come up. as long as we just skated and didn’t yell it seemed chill enough. thankfully it wasn’t around long enough for any trouble so only skated it a handful of times... the dirt track I had was up and worked on for over 2.5 years in the mid/late 90’s we even had a tractor tire bonk, a big 4ft drainage tube and rails set up w 4-6 ft jumps, rhythm sections and a few berms. the track was a 4.5/5 I’d say for longevity, lack of hassle, good crew w no riffRaff etc.
That skate park is insane😳😳
This place is perfect. Hope to see more from here
Looking forward to seeing y’all putting out video parts
Its so weird how you guys just started randomly and now I love you guys
trick selection is on point
can we get a compilation of foster saying "hi dan"
rites of spring tee, big ups
San Antonio had the best diy in TX, they tore it down a few months ago. That shit was there for like, over 15 years I think with an a-frame, vert wall, half pipe, wave, three block, two spines, ledges, parking blocks, so much more. The half pipe was better than those at a lot of skateparks. There was even a contest down there. And it was covered, always shaded.
Sick diy plus idk homie I’m the back saying Nollie big spins are a thing of that past made me laugh so hard
That spot looks dope you can definitely get busy there from the looks of it! Here from richmond va! Our diy spot Texas beach is super dope
I’m not a skater but this is so satisfying to watch
That place looks insane😍
Still pouring my diy at my land in New Mexico. hopefully by the time your fallow up video is around my park will be done. It’s 5 feet wide and like 70 feet long. So many bags of cement and so many more to go. Good luck though that park looks really fun.
The diy spot in a ditch i go to has the same thing as the first obstacles at that part. Its like a slappy spine and its pretty fun lol. Id skate that spot!!
Such a fun DIY!
excellent performance on the park
Rated number one
Love this spot!!!
U guys killed it
6:34 Dan the man, his skating is soo nice.
Low block is a lot of fun
dude in red shirt got some steely ass shuvs lol
My town just started a DIY in an abandoned Boy Scout camp it’s pretty cool so far
I feel like I’d have much more fun there than the warehouse lol such a sick spot!
I love this channel. Yoy guy's kill it
Mines tiny. Its a crazy micro-maze of steep transition and parking blocks
We had an amazing DIY park in my city Saint John, NB, but it was torn down once the city started planning an actual park which we have now had for years. I still miss the old DIY park though and there are times Id trade our current one with that old one!
i would like to sk8 this diy, it looks so mellow and fun like woooow
y’all gotta invite dan corrigan to this spot
Super sick spot
This is better than my local. Because I have no local
Lowblock is my local spot. Meet so many cool skaters there
The real version of skaters building their own park is FDR park in philly 🥵
This diy is 10/10
Dan got that rites of spring drip damn. 80s emo boy
I mean if you're gonna have multiple camera men, might as well pick ones that SHRED!!!! always impressed !
That’s a great diy!
That's a dope diy park
Holy shit that spot is sick. My town only has an indoor skatepark that is like €15 for 2 hours. And that skatepark is more geared toward scooters now.
Nice video!
My DIY is Burnside. Apples to Oranges.
Every time I set my eye in an undercover spot and decide to clean it and start building it gets used by "legal" owners. Last one was let alone for years, it had a washing machine so rusty it turned to dust between your fingers.
I keep looking because here it rains or drizzles nearly all year long.
Take a daytrip to blanchard woods!
im thinking about bringing my manual pad that i built to lowblock but it heavy (150-200 lbs) i live like 10 minutes away tho
I wish there was something like this in my town 😢
this diy is 10/10 fs
This place is better than my actual skatepark
We got a massive DIY in Canton, OH. Not sure you can even call it a DIY anymore because the city got involved. Its called 9th street DIY
Skate that spot more !
Both v entertaining from the uk
compared to foundation in asheville y’all have wayy more obstacles but it’s definitely little more ruff around the edges especially now that they’ve painted foundy
So sick dude I’m a carpenter from Australia and there’s only like 5 skaters in my town and I’m building a diy atm
That park is awesome, my local park is called Woburn sands skatepark and its basically unrideable
Janky obstacles are the Best!!! I grew up Skating NEW JERSEY street spots, it got Janky ALL DAY! than I come to LA n its like skating butter in comparison
That bank looked like a flat ledge until he rolled in, i was like....wait...wtf?!
my DIY=2 lowblock=5/5. mine only has one tiny rail, a kicker and a ledge.
Cant seem to find a DIY around Indianapolis me and the homie are gonna start building something soon swear bruh
I love going to lowblock
Only that diy is better then all the parks in my cuntry combined
I agree bro John hill today I mastered my Ollie
Y’all should start your videos with a scooter for the meme 😂
I would rather skate there than at a million-dollar skatepark because I am still learning basic tricks and it just seems so much more fun and less crowded
I love diy's
Is this by any chance in SC, I think I’ve been here
I wanna train at this park
just by the sound of all the trucks grinding i can tell yall forgot wax
They stay high as hell especially Irvin look at his eyes always swollen#Staylifted
It’s South Carolina dude it’s all we have to do is smoke and skate
@@scottbrummel5774 yeeeeeeee
10/10
My city just destroyed a local diy spot last year :/ RIP underground park San Antonio
We have east land in charlotte but holy fuck this is just awesome lol
Nice
Does that dude John come with every DIY spot?
All my homies from Aiken go to low block.
6:50 whats is that red think called
My town has a diy
He didn't chew that banana
Also Irving got adidas on ?!? #rare 🧐
