We need to a QOL change that lets us see the traits of enemies within the node (earth, demonic, etc.,) before making a lineup. Idk how this has not been added yet. Even showing the traits on the status screen once you actually are in battle would be better than what there currently is (nothing)
Personally I'll be summoning for tez because: 1. I like his animations and personality better than Kukulkan 2. I already have a good general buster looper in Arjuna Alter 3. I dont really have a good assassin servant that i like to bring out 4. Van Gogh

Since I have Van Gogh I am less likely to pull for other foreigners like Kukulkan, but since I still haven't found a fun assassin I will instead roll for Tez

Tezcatlipoca is an example of "only limited by the player", the guy can work exceptionally well in any team you put him since his buffs are not limited to his main color (arts). Also he's a likeable character in LB7 main story. So he's easily one of the best quartz investments you can do and with one of the coolest NP animations as well (only third asc.)
he is a servants that is really good but kind of unfortunate because hes followed up by kukulcan who is the best foreigner buster looper in the game then draco and final zerktoria in the summer hes an amazing assassin just hes drowned out by other units
Waifu bias aside, Tezcat is more valuable than Kukulkan, he may not hit as hard as her but Tez outperforms Kuku in any situation, including multicore farming. In Draco's case, she has a lot of value on release but next year will hurt her with the increase of extra class enemies, and Zerktoria, they work really well together So he's not really unfortunate unless you're talking about his third asc. art lol
I agree that it's super unfortunate that he is releasing in the first half of this year where he is competing with Kuku, Tiamat, Draco, Castoria Zerk and Ruler Melusine. I do think he is competitive enough to compete with them but doesn't have as high of a ceiling as they do unfortunately
so here´s the thing, i used 360 SQ and 20 tickets for Rasputin and only got Artoria saber and Kiritsugu (kinda ironic) so i gave up...them saved 40 SQ and rolled for Tez because why not...and got him on the first multi truly the FGO experience at it´s finest
If you would divided that SQs and wasting it equally on a few different banners you dig, you would get way more out of it, what a waste. The commitment isn't worth it.

I'm pulling for him ZTL. I think people will skip cause they have omniloopers like sibuki. I'm gonna get him for multicore and double tez farming. He's a great servant in a year of great servants. He does rerun this year by the way, as a part of the male summer reruns. So if you wanna skip him or get np 1and then save you can.

But I don't want to have spend to get both him and Kuku, since I seriously need to cut back on my spending. So more than likely I'll skip him and used all my save pulls for Kuku. And just wait until he reruns.
He's very common in speed clears in double tez teams. But he's not a must summon. The one negative thing about him is his class - if he was an avenger or berserker, he would be the best arts looper in the game.
He's incredibly strong but his value definitely depends on your box. If you've already got a well established box then he's less needed but say you're a newer player he's immensely useful
he's one of the two must pulls for me (the other being Shingen at the end of the year). I hope i won't have to dig too much into my little pool of SQ....

I didnt like Tez's art 2 years ago when he first came out and I still dont, but for anyone that can look past that, he's definitely strong and worth getting.
I am a new player who started playing just a few days ago and i wasted 200 sq for 2 copies of kirei, was it a mistake? And i am saving for draco , any tips for a newcomer?
i would say to roll for a support character first and then aim for the same type of damager. since you already have kirei and aiming for draco you must get castoria, then start getting other arts np type for damage as kirei is alter ego you might want to have more class to have easier time to farm.
Not a waste because 200 sq is very little for getting 2 copies of a limited 5 star. You should be happy. Try to get castoria, aka best servant of the game, in her next rerun, I dont remember when, but I think its in the middle of the year. She is support for Kirei and will help in story and events.
I would use a calculator, but depending on where you are in the story you can easily get 900 sq for castoria. The value of Draco is INSANE for newer accounts, but she get progressively worse as you develop your roster (eg: getting a strong ST servant for each class). Just have fun, its a single player game, dont let others flexing get to you!
This video convinced me to do 1 more 10 pull and I got him (Sure I went through 35 tickets+5 singles and a further 300 Sq of pulls before that but I got him (Unfortunately leaves me with 200 sq for kukul or more likely (since I have NP5 arc) and what I can save in time for Draco and that entire events worth of 5 stars along with summer and anniversary also got Np 6 Tlaloc so yeah
I’ll probably leave the GSSR or Destiny Order for me to get him. My main focus is saving for Tiamat right now, so I think my Chaldea will be fine without him.

It depends a lot in your box, both Tez and Kulkukan are one of the Best in their respective classes, look if you have Assassins that can fight longer boss Fights, or Assassins that can work in Multicore Farming Then you shouldn't roll for Tez. But if you lack in any of those roles roll for him, but if not roll for Kulkucan. You should also look how many banners they will have after their initial release because if one of them returns so much shouldn't be the top priority this time. But most important roll for who you like the most between the two.

Basically it boils down to want vs need. Do you need an AoE arts farmer/assassin, or do you want Tez? For me personally, I don't need another AoE arts farmer, since I already have Muramasa, Summer Kama, Space Ishtar, Summer Kiara, and Summer Ibuki, but I want Tez.

Both are different in what they enable. I'd rather you consider that both will rerun this year. Tez closer to September and kul closer to anniversary. Depending on your focus this year, you can make elective decisions to grab one now and get the other later. Tezcat needs min np2 preferably np3+ for the upcoming next lottos at 90++ . Kuku will be more versatile for challenge quests in some aspects, and is a great neutral farmer at np3+. Although I don't know her 90++ usage as much. It ultimately is up to you. You can 5slot 90++ this upcoming lotto second rotation with wickerman. And 6 slot third rotation if you have summer erice np5 or kriemhild np3 with sibuki np2. Do some research befor investing. Its up to you.
Tez is probably much more versatile for 90++. If you already have an omnifarmer (Arjuna Alter, Morgan, Summer Ibuki!!!), you don't really need kuku. Most of the time she will hit neutral so zerk omnifarmers are better. Although neither are really needed if you are already doing 90++. I would just look at Laplace and look at what team comps you can do for future 90++ if that is what you are concerned with.
I, unfortunately, will have to pass on Tez, as much as I like he's quit, and the fact that he's the one descent 5* Arts AoE Assassin for farming, Kukulkan is just to valueble to skip on.
It depends on how ly Kukkulkan pulls go. If i can oush for him i'll try but i ain't too pressed if i miss him now since i'll go for the *spoilers* Priest/Tez/Takasugi lucky bag for 8th anniv

Completely different roles. Junao is a buster omnifarmer. Although his damage ceiling isnt very high. Tez is a Arts assassin. More versatile in 90++ that cant be buster looped. His 30% gauge and dmg buff to allies makes him a support and a wave clearer for trash mobs in 90++.

Eh... I wouldn't say so. Arts farmers are more about consistent looping (4+ turn farming) than maxing out damage. Only noticeablely low damage Arts farmers have a desperate need for additional NP levels. Such as Space Ishtar and Summer Kama. Also depends on your kit. Tez is mostly outclassed by Summer Ibuki. Kukulan is mostly outclassed by Arjuna Alter (and arguably Morgan).
I don't like his design or his character (so far), so I think I'm gonna pass. I mean his kit is really good, but I'm pretty sure Summer Valk beats him in terms of damage as an AoE Arts assassin (because free NP5).
I dont care about how OP this man is, one of those servants I dislike the design a lot, would not use more than 90 SQs on his banner. So many male servants with better art than this cheap shit.

You can always use Xu Fu and Asclepius to give him NP Gain and arts buffs which will be better for him looping

Kuku will be more versatile for challenge quests in some aspects, and is a great neutral farmer at np3+. Although I don't know her 90++ usage as much.
It ultimately is up to you. You can 5slot 90++ this upcoming lotto second rotation with wickerman. And 6 slot third rotation if you have summer erice np5 or kriemhild np3 with sibuki np2.
Do some research befor investing. Its up to you.
Tez is probably much more versatile for 90++.
If you already have an omnifarmer (Arjuna Alter, Morgan, Summer Ibuki!!!), you don't really need kuku. Most of the time she will hit neutral so zerk omnifarmers are better.
Although neither are really needed if you are already doing 90++.
I would just look at Laplace and look at what team comps you can do for future 90++ if that is what you are concerned with.

Completely different roles.
Junao is a buster omnifarmer. Although his damage ceiling isnt very high.
Tez is a Arts assassin. More versatile in 90++ that cant be buster looped. His 30% gauge and dmg buff to allies makes him a support and a wave clearer for trash mobs in 90++.

Eh... I wouldn't say so. Arts farmers are more about consistent looping (4+ turn farming) than maxing out damage. Only noticeablely low damage Arts farmers have a desperate need for additional NP levels. Such as Space Ishtar and Summer Kama.
Also depends on your kit. Tez is mostly outclassed by Summer Ibuki. Kukulan is mostly outclassed by Arjuna Alter (and arguably Morgan).
sadly will skip everything early year for Draco. Having her np2 on JP, you really don't need any other unit against base class enemies ever
I don't like his design or his character (so far), so I think I'm gonna pass. I mean his kit is really good, but I'm pretty sure Summer Valk beats him in terms of damage as an AoE Arts assassin (because free NP5).
