I didnt know this one! Its so pleasing!
Brilliant! 👏
Thank you
Interesting instrument. Tell us more about it.
The harpsichord is an Italian harpsichord in the Neapolitan style. This instrument is not a replica of a particular historical instrument and was designed by Edward Kottick. It is made entirely of cypress, a traditional Italian material. It was built by my husband, Donald Rogers in 2021. It has one set of 8 foot strings. Thanks for your interest.
What a lovely Italian harpsichord. Simple and clear tone. Lovely music. Like me you have a choice of instruments, although I can’t play nearly as well as you.
Thank you
I would call this more a spinet than a harpsichord since it has only one set of strings . The case of the instrument is realy superb ( as Napolitan instruments often are): nice looking , well finished, beauty of pale wood.
Je ne regrette rien
