Welcome to the channel from the Netherlands. It's a Customs issue. Thank you for your kind comment. We hope you continue to enjoy your woodturning journey and watching our videos. Toodle pip for now. Glenn & Liza

Well I'm part of the Carbide revolution too - love your video again. I've got a new toy arriving tomorrow hopefully!! A Record Power Cioronet lathe - much bigger and stronger than my current Lumberjack - by no means a lightweight but just want to do some bigger chunks of wood.

Still catching up on your back catalogue and loving it. That centre zero measure is usually used for marking symmetrical points either side of a centre line.

Another excellent video. I didn’t think my square and detail chisels could do that, so that’s something I’m going to try. The bit at the end of your video where you talked about pro and cons of carbide is spot on.

Another interesting video. Great to watch. Why does everyone want to do it yesterday. There's no hurry when it comes to turning. You will never stop learning. Important thing is trying to do it properly. Keep it up Glen.

I only rush because I'm doing a video. When I do my own turning I'm not in a rush. It's all for fun though. I still enjoy it and for entertainment of our Subscribers.

Thanks Paul. Have you joined the group on Facebook, Woodturning With Carbide? No detrimental comments about using carbide aloud.

@glennteagleofukwoodcraftca5308 no not seen anything about that. I'll have to have a look after the rugby, as nothing gets in the way of a Welsh man watching rugby 🏉 lol
