Sarah, you can use “poultry seasoning” in place of your sage! It has sage in it!
I was thinking the same thing.
Not sure if anyone said this already, but you can make buttermilk by adding lemon juice to regular milk! Let it sit for a little while to let it react and it’ll turn out very close to buttermilk. I think I do 2 TBSP of lemon juice to 1 cup of milk. 😊
To be honest, I've never been a fan of greens. But recently as my wife's been cooking it more I've been coming around to it. Will have to try out that last meal you made.

If you don't want the pasta to stick like that after you cook it than mix the pasta with some olive oil and that will help prevent the pasta from sticking in a ball (this is only for cooked pasta)❤

We always appreciate seeing your raw real life!! You are blessed. For those of us who don't regularly eat pork....I make an awesome sausage gravy with ground beef or deer and season it to taste like sausage. You'd never know the difference. But....sage is a must!! Thanks for sharing!!

All 6 meals look amazing, but meal mumber 6 was my favorite! That chicken and the greens (one of my favorite veggies) looks so good, and of course, I KNOW those mashed potatoes were yummy!

Hi....in Australia we call those biscuits....scones....we have a another they call Devonshire tea....which is scones and with jam and cream with a cuppa...sounds weird when other countries call them biscuits....another Australian thing is damper....simple type bread

I love your shopping and meal videos. So many good ideas. My husband makes biscuits and gravy with bacon. He fries up a pound of bacon and uses the grease to make the gravy, I never had it like that until he made it for me so many years ago & I love it. My sons are now both grown with kids and they make it like that too.
Man! Micah had a huge growth spurt and thinned put some. He definitely looks like a teen now.

Not weird. I don't keep sage in the kitchen (I do have a smudging bundle, but not cooking with that), but I find that I can substitute ground thyme in our breakfast sausage recipe and the kids love it.

Shred all your cheese into zip lock bags, and just grab what you need when you need it, it defrosts very quickly, and it's so great to be ready grated I do this and I live in my own. 💐

White sauce will a wonderful sauce for this ingredient to this recipe. Plus it’s cheaper. Called Alfredo sauce if you want to buy it.

I do bake pasta all the time ! We do this in Malta 🇲🇹 we take cook pasta mix eggs in it than mix the sauce tham bake it ! Add sauce and cheese try using pennie noodles ! Thought I share this a Maltese dish

It will stick together homemade pasta so put extra flour and toss it in the bow after it comes out the machine

I like how the football team said bring food for 12, because someone would bring a bag of chips. Had so many potlucks we teenagers and I alway did most of the cooking.
Tip - spray your tinfoil with veg. spray so it doesn't stick to your cheese.

I make my own "buttermilk" by doing about a teaspoon or a splash of vinegar for every 2 cups milk and just let it sit aside for 5-10 minutes and boom

It has always been my experience that if you aren't specific by saying bring a dish for 12 you usually get a very small dish and there isn't enough food for a large crowd.
You Can make gravy without sage. What you needed was fennel.
