Great,l from Bulgaria and catching asp in Dunav yesterday strike 60 сантиметра,give me joker's for asp toys please from fast river: salmo thrill and....
Asp is very challenging to cook,since it has a lot of bones,the best way for me is marinate it over night in lemon and sea salt, garlic and parsley,next day put in cold water for a fee hours than rince and put in fresh cold water until boil. When it just start boil ,remove from heat,drain and leave to cool down. Clean the bones uut making small scunks with your fingers,this will take long time 😂. Add bread crumbs,corn flour salt and pepper, additional ingredients could include parsley, chilli, paprika etc,oh and eggs to conect it . Frie in pork lard if posible over open flame and cast ironon med low heat. Bon appetit 😊
hey mate. sorry, the catch and cook part will never be part of any of my videos. I do everything I can to release all the fish in the best possible conditions and I would never keep one to cook it. cheers man ;)
yeah man .. TW for asp rules. I usually have some pencil from Yo-Zuri (can't remember the name), the Water Monitor from Jackall, Lucky Craft Sammy in 9cm and some handmade lures that I made or some friends sent them to me. Cheers mate ...

Can you do some catch and cook? I would love to see ASP catch and cook. Also nice treat ( Raspberry) along the way to your spot.

Love to fish for Asp with topwaterlures. My favourite lures are savage gear top prey and thenew bullet mullet. What lures are you using ?
