I suppose the price is largely determined by the location, and because it's a monumental building, and because of the size. The quality of the finishes is simply sublime, which also has an effect on the price. As you mentioned, that dark wooden floor, in chevron pattern, is stunning. Love it! And everything presented well by the bro's 👍

Thanks for this video guys! And most probably for a very unexpected (personal) reason. Because it made me realize, why I'm not a city person: even though the villa is top modern and has a beautiful interior, there are just not (big) enough windows, and they are not showing nature - which is what makes me feel relaxed.

nice interior, good spot and decent size, still 20 million is too steep and you know it. thats around 25K €/sqm . A more realistic price would be around 12-15 million

Truly magnificent home, the vertical lighting as you enter down those marble steps are amazing …….. Question…. Who is the supplier….?? So stylish, very high quality throughout, colour of the wooden flooring is wonderful….. Every mm of space has been carefully designed and choice of materials just perfect….. As you can tell love this home. Great content and presentation guys…..👍

Nichts in diesem Haus macht Sinn. Angefangen beim Untergeschoss mit der Küche und den Fitnessgeräten, noch die gefühlt 3 Wohnzimmer, noch das ständige Gefühlt von Kellergewölbe aufgrund von fehlenden Tageslicht.
Das beste daran ist aber der Preis 😂 junge junge. Verglichen zum letzten Vid mit der 13.8 Mio Villa, weiss ich wirklich nicht, wie man den Hirnfurz haben kann knapp 20 Mio dafür zu verlangen. 😆

This is what you might call a terraced town house, but is it worth almost €20million,😮😮😮 I will be watching these because honestly it will not sell, not even for €15m , how do you drive to your front door take a look at the hanging electrical cables in front of the door.

19.8 mill for a town house, looks nice but it’s definitely the location your paying for, my only thing is it’s a town house and definitely a less then a million, space is compressed for the price, if you was to compare it with some of the other properties you have done, which you get the square footage for the €€€ and also a pool, hopefully they drop the price and get a sale.
Please say you did a Rubio birdhouse tour also while in Mallorca?

Despite the beautiful rooftop terrace, something feels wrong about all the other floors. Not enough natural light and the lack of a warm homey feeling on all floors. No natural flow in this house and a rather gloomy feeling. Good luck anyways with this listing ! By the way, I just love Palma de Mallorca !❤

Tolles Interieur, unbestritten. Aber bei 20 Mio kannst Du das Ding doch nicht ohne Pool planen. Küche unten raus, Pool rein,....dann passt das auch zum Rest des Untergeschosses. Bleiben immer noch Geschosse ohne Ende, für die man erstmal einen finanzstarken Liebhaber finden muss.
Die pool Idee ist nichtmal so schlecht 😃🙏
Die Idee mit dem pool im EG ist äußerst sinnvoll, verbunden mit einer Vergrößerung des Ftnessbereichs.

I realize it's in the city center and the property is long and narrow, but at that price point, I'd expect it to check all the boxes: minimum 2 1/2 car garage, pool, jacuzzi, larger gym area. Very nice villa nonetheless.
Not sure if planning permission would have allowed it. But if it does, then a pool there would be epic 😎

Why have I been watching Enes and not this channel?!! I could have been enjoying nice properties plus the comedy!! The house of the person who invented Catalan language? One of the silliest things I´ve ever heard. The price is so inflated that seems another joke. In the first 10 minutes you can hardly see any window, or they are 40x40cm like the one in the washing room. In a huge part of that house you can´t tell if it´s morning or night. Only 6 windows at the back, neighbours attateched on both sides, meaning you can´t have windows there either, and I´d say you are paying over a million euros per window in this property. It is like buying 4 flats per floor, 4 floors and putting them together it would be 16 flats. But the value is not the same for a ground floor with no natural light and no sea view than for the top floor. The only advantage is that there is probably no competition downtown, there are no more buildings with one owner renovated this nicely with this level of detail, and although it´s a long shot to find somebody who wants to pay this amount of money to live there, I think it´s worth the try. Maybe they find one desperate buyer with too much money who doesn´t want to drive all the time. If that doesn´t happen, I can see the price getting reduced agressively. Very entertaining video and great property anyway. Just the wrong price

This has a great location, but it won't sell quickly. The floor plan is HORRIBLE. A kitchen when you first walk in on the ground floor. A second kitchen on the 3rd floor. To get into the master bedroom, you walk through the closet AND the bathroom to get into the bedroom. Absolutely a deal breaker for me and most privacy-oriented buyers.
If the house is from sXVIII how the fck it housed the "person who invented the catalan languaje"? That languaje has +500 years more than the original house. And a person does not "invent" a languaje... I think you refer to Ramon Llull, who was one of the first WRITING in that languaje and he was from sXVIII.
And also we can see that this actual house is half of what was a typical "casa mallorquina" of people with a lot of money. In the base floor you can see the archs for the "patio mallorquín", an open area inside houses filled with flowers and that was used as parking for the floats or cars... and now it is just now destroyed to fill technogym items :)
What could have been beautiful, unique house with soul made for living or luxury recreation has been turned into totally unpractical, sterile hotel room copy-pasted four times.

Preis ist unverständlich. Gebäude und Interieur grossartig. Anordnung der Räume nicht.
Farben und Oberfflächen sind vielfach nicht stimmig. Der pernanent wierkehrende Kaminblock wirkt uninspiriert und langweilig. Die sich häfig wiederholenden, dünnen Regalbretter wirken ebenso ideenlos. Die seitlichen Fenster wirken in die Raumgestaltung nicht einbezogen. Da habt ihr und Marcel Objekte die weitaus ästhetischer gestaltet sind!
