Khilafa has historically been a violent institution full of inter-ummah bloodshed and persecution. Starting from Abu Bakr who massacred many muslim tribes for not paying zakah to the last ottoman khalifa. So the issue is the precedent of Salaf you’re working with, a salafi khalifa for instance can justify massacring muslims if they don’t pay zakah based on Abu Bakr’s precedent. Also there’s the precedent of expansionism and conquests, which in a world with nuclear weapons is calling for destruction of humanity. Especially with an ideologue at the helm of the entire ummah. There are so many better ways of solving the security issue, muslim states could have a NATO like alliance for instance. Please stop propagating this nonsense, as not only will it never materialise but also it will raise islamophobia which is already rampant around the world so you are actively harming muslims around the world by calling for revival of an obsolete institution of brutal dictatorship.
Since you are criticizing the khilafah. You obviously have totally no idea what khilafah is about. Fighting against Muslim or so called Muslims that refuse to pay Zakat is fard. And as far as bloodshed is concirned, there is much more violence and bloodshed where Islam is not ruled. Islamic system or khilafah is all about providing social justice to not only Muslims but to the whole world. And just for your information it is an absolute fard for Muslims to rule by Allah's laws i.e. khilafah.
And it is this exact rule that provided social, economical justice and progress to humanity that is why people not force fully but willingly in their hundreds of thousands accepted Islam. Even today with all the lies about Islam propagated by the western media. In the western countries people are willingly accepting the true message of Islam and want to live under the rule of Islam.
And inshallah khilafah will return as mentioned in sahih hadees by our beloved prophet s.a.w and will provide true justice to the whole world.
Even Jews admit their golden time in their history was under Islam in spain and elsewhere.
It is the western ideology that is in truth barbaric and cold blooded. You can see that even right now such as Israel and the full support of the west knowing how they are committing open and most cruel cold blooded genocide. And how US and the west killed women, children and innocent civilians in Iraq. And they admitted that they lied about weapons of mass destruction and accepted after everyone found out that they lied and are responsible for all those attrocities.

@@Abdullah.j882 Fard according to who? Where is the evidence for murdering tax evaders in Islam? Show me one instance where the Prophet (pbuh) slaughtered muslims who avoided zakat, or a verse in the Quran which makes muslims halal al damm for avoiding zakat. You’re justifying Abu Bakr’s actions because they were the actions of the caliph without any evidence from the Quran or Prophet’s (pbuh) seerah and this exactly is why attempting to establish khilafa would be haram because it’s will create more problems for the ummah than it would solve. The solution is a multi-nation security pact like NATO. Where different muslim countries can continue to govern their populations based on their values while creating deterrence against hostile forces as a collective.

Is there a verse in the Quran which allows murdering muslims for tax evasion? Your only justification for Abu Bakr’s actions is that he was the caliph, and this is exactly the problem. You want all muslims to give up their diverse interpretations of Islamic doctrines and follow your Salafi doctrine when you can’t even defend it with intellectual honesty and you have to resort to hiding comments! Attempting to establish khilafa creates more problems for the ummah than it solves and this is why it would be haram. As far as security of the ummah is concerned this can be resolved through a security pact like NATO between the Muslim countries, allowing each country to continue to govern according to their own values while creating collective deterrence against hostile forces.
@@imamia12 by dear brother as far as khilafah being fard is concerned, Allah tala says in Quran says in sura 5 Aya 44,45 and 47, those who do not rule by what Allah has revealed are kafiroon, zalimoon and fasiqoon.
These verses in Quran Cleary tells us if we do not rule by Allah's laws we are kafiroon, zalimoon and fasiqoon.
Our prophets entire struggle was to establish Islam as a deen and as a system. Otherwise leaders of kuffar had no issue with anyone like Jews or Christians because they did not believe in idols too.
Now secondly my dear brother as far as zakarlt is concirned it is an obligation on every Muslim to pay. As it is one of the 5 main pillars of Islam. Rejecting the order of Zakat is not acceptable. And must be paid by the Muslims in the state. Unless your earnings and savings are not enough that Zakat should apply to you. Not paying results in jail and rejecting that there is no such thing as Zakat period is an open rejecting of Allah's law.
And your 3rd point, we do not take NATO as an example for us. As Muslim ms should only have 1 leader 1 rule as per Islam.
That is why Hussain a.s. fought and sacrificed hmself and his entire family so that only 1 khilafah is to rule.
@@dedenrahman5797 Let me get this straight, are you saying that spilling muslim blood is comparable in it’s gravity to a fatwa about beards? And no it wasn’t just a fatwa, as the ruler of the state he actually sent Khalid bin Waleed to lay waste to entire muslim villages for tax evasion, which resulted in many muslim tribes being slaughtered. When this was not how the Prophet (pbuh) dealt with zakat dodgers, nor is there single verse in the Quran which allows the death penalty for tax evasion. The reason I brought this up is not simply to blame Abu Bakr but to highlight that khilafah right from the start, has always brought internal strife, bloodshed and violent power struggles amongst muslims. And the precedents of territorial expansionism are also hugely problematic in a world with nuclear weapons because if there is an all out nuclear war, you risk total destruction of humanity (look up nuclear winter). So maybe the ummah is better off with individual muslim countries continuing to rule according to their own interpretation of the islamic doctrines and their own cultural values but develop mutual security pacts (like NATO) for the purposes of collective deterrence. And leave medieval fantasies where they belong.
