  • Ingredients
    1 kg kamoteng kahoy(fine,grated)
    1 can condensed milk
    1 cup evap milk
    pinch of salt
    1 tbsp vanilla
    10 tbsp white sugar for caramel
    Procedure
    1. Mix all ingredients (kamoteng kahoy, condensed milk, evap milk , salt ,vanilla)
    2. caramelize sugar and transfer in the lyanera. Set aside.
    3. Transfer the mixture to the laynera. cover with aluminum foil.
    4. Steam for 30-45 minutes under low to medium fire.
    5. Remove from the steamer, let it cool for 15-30 minutes.
    6. Flip the lyanera up side down. You can add grated cheese(optional)
