  • Ingredients:
    1 pack Ramen Noodle
    1 piece Chicken Thigh (skin & bone removed)
    3 pieces Fish Balls
    3 pieces Crab Stick
    Tofu
    Pechay
    Spring Onions
    Salt
    Black Pepper
    1 cup Chicken Broth
    1/2 cup Water
    Procedure:
    1. Remove skin and bone of chicken thigh, sluce into strips. Season with a pinch of salt & black pepper.
    2. Add 1/2 tbsp oil in a wok pan. Pan sear the chicken until both sides turn brown.
    3. Arrange the chicken on the side of wok. Add fish balls, crab sticks & tofu. Pour in the chicken broth, (you may add the ramen's liquid seasoning if desired). Bring to boil (about 5 minutes) adding the white part of spring onion in the process.
    4. Add the ramen noodle (make sure it is soaked entirely on the soup). Add pechay on the side. (You may add the ramen's dry seasoning if desired). Pour in 1/2 cup water. Continue to cook for 3 minutes.
    5. Add soft boiled eggs and sprinkle spring onions on top. Serve in a bowl. Enjoy! 🍜😋
