    感謝介绍整个纯釀醬油製作的流程,在美有賣丸莊及黑龙的纯釀醬油,味道特鲜美,因为無添加化學成分,可以安心且健康的做任何料理!

      我的手...我也不想,我連寶特瓶都是打不開的,筷子也無法拿,我覺得我的手完全不受大腦控制...
      這真是超長時間拍攝,總共跑了3趟,後面的時間點跟步驟流程也耗了很大量的力氣,剪輯哥哥跟我都快虛脫...
      哥哥你的媽咪會做醬油哦???這個要封存半年才能開始耶...

      Thank you for your comment, the owner usually exports soy sauce to other countries. In order to be international, the owner also speaks English.

      In Taiwan, this is the only shop owner who dares to put up a chemical-free sign. The owner's mother passed away after taking too much soy sauce with chemical additives. It's a real thing, it's been reported in the news.

      Light taste, because soy sauce has no added chemicals, so it will not be very salty, this is the only soy sauce factory in Taiwan that advertises no chemical additives.

      而且這種醬油厲害的地方在於"純天然",所以老闆不富裕
      醬油是暴利,只要捏住良心

      因為,只有老闆可以零誤差處理所有的事
      NO,這已經是全部最完整的流程,我跑好幾趟,加上請假,才拍完的

      @@Theoryofcatsndogs 對呀,我只有假日有空拍攝,禮拜一到五要上班,所以說我是公主的人(我超在意),我懷疑那個人沒吃過苦...
      這是剪輯哥哥說的,只要人物出現,就會跟人文、身材、容貌、個性等扯上關係,如果是純粹的食物或題材,就會吸引到純粹愛看美食的觀眾,這叫什麼...什麼垂直化...忘記了
      還有很多眉角,很難說清楚,所以我才說剪輯哥哥是天才,沒有他就沒有這個頻道

      應該可以,這家醬油廠是台灣最有良心的商家

      大多数酱油厂是不洗掉豆子上的米曲霉孢子粉的,洗掉了后,酱油口感更好,因为孢子粉有苦涩味道的。而且高盐半固态发酵是盖住晒太阳的,蚊虫、苍蝇、鸟屎、老鼠等等的勒瑟不会落下缸中,比较卫生可靠。注意高盐固态发酵方式不等于酱油是高盐,后期稀释后可以是低盐酱油。另外高盐固态发酵的时间很长,因为盐多了以后发酵速度变慢了,至少一年以上才能成熟,时间长,酱香浓郁。

    有跟丸莊黑豆純釀醬油比較,品質差不多,丸莊較鹹是老廠牌價錢便宜非常多!現在也開使自製黑豆醬油再來比較看看!答案就知道了

      我不清楚丸莊,我只知道老闆為人是非常誠實、純樸,他們不用任何化學的東西,所以都淡淡的,有化學的大家都用得很開心,因為很"對味"
      我拍了很多店家,大家都用這些對味的大牌XD

    soya sauce have different pricing.. as in different grade.
    Similar to beer, the 1st distillation will be the most expensive - the last distillation will be the cheapest grade.
    Most soya bean are gmo grown...(us bean are mostly gmo )
