坦白說，我吃過好多次～但是 以一個央廚來說非常不及格⋯希望看到我留言的業者注意⚠️不要什麼容器或盛裝物都要裝這麼滿～！要不是這支影片拍攝關係！你們自己捫心自問！你們廠內一天會因為在裝食物而掉地上的次數有多少⋯有沒有符合食品加工規範我就不在多問，畢竟現在沒出事，洗滌區、作業區似乎不太乾淨，洗滌槽污垢相當恐怖😮再來是整個工廠是鐵皮工廠，你們的很挑高空間沒錯⋯但是落塵會相當嚴重啊～洗滌清潔槽的靠牆區還是浪板⋯也沒有因為自己身為食品熟食業者去了解你們的環境有沒有符合食品安全衛生管理法！缺失嚴重哦～人家還沒來檢查或出事之前趕快改進改進都不是問題，老闆加油啊，如果無動於衷的話事情會大條！
