Great review my friend. I look forward to the next review on the shooting. I like the SRO so but they are difficult to find so this could be an alternative
@@nicholasbutler2365 they all come from the same manufacturer, you can look up C&H precisions import tracking and see exactly where they are getting it from. They probably just order enough quantity to get minor things modified. Just crazy these are going for under $80 bucks from china and theyre marking it up after adding some milling and lasering their logo to it. Shameless.
I just feel the companies that are try to get there products on the market, need to think about there pricing, if there not in the top five, they shouldn’t be charging the same prices, when they are not proven in that category yet.
This made me laugh. I will say to the point of the video hoewever that impacts on optics are not all that uncommon. A typical scenario often invloves LEOs fighting with a suspect, getting body checked or slammed into a hard surface with their weapon side. If the holster doesn't cover the optic it can make for a bad day.
Anyone else ever wonder why they do shit like this to optics when the average person who carries it MAY drop it from waist height & NOT into a hill of rocks? Not to mention, while accidents DO happen, I can honestly say I have NEVER ONCE dropped ANY gun I've used as an EDC. It gets chambered & holstered before I leave the house & THAT'S IT. I don't unholster it unless I'm safing it before putting it BACK in the holster & into my bag when I go into work (I never leave it in the car for some schmuck to steal while I work). Hell, I hardly ever even unholster it to show to people who ask to see it. Furthermore, I MOST ASSUREDLY DO NOT use my gun OR optic as a hammer/mini battering ram. Ben Stoeger gave this thing a pretty good review, & that dude knows guns & optics. I think this will finally be a well made, yet less expensive, version of the ridiculously expensive (but certainly worth the $) Trijicon SRO. When I buy my Shadow Systems MR920L next month, this will be 1 of 3 sights I'll be considering for it. The other 2 being the Eotech EFLX & the Holosun 507c.
Has it been holding up alright still? I'm looking into one of these for competition and figure you are the man to ask for an honest opinion. I've learned a ton from your videos and hope to get to a class soon. Thank you in advance!
Is that the V1 version of the PDP? I have had no issues with my older PDP and the optic plate, however I have to admit there is a voice in the back of my head that is a little worried.
This optic has so many different brand names. Same as bul armory, vector optics and on and on…
Viridian and redwin too lol yeah id just get the Vector 1x22x26 MOS for $150
Not the same optic. Clearly different just similar shape. Button placement different, some specs different, glass tint different, etc..
This one has a top load battery the others do not

I agree.
@@hiramr1153i also greatly concur with this
I wanna see Focus Tripp do a review of this optic. Thanks for the share!!
I'll keep this in mind when I decide to use my RMR as a hammer.

Yep. Still good to go.
@@ModernSamuraiProject thank you!
Also really nice range
I have a EPS Carry and Plate for my P320 AXG on the way. I’m going to have C&H mill out my G19 slide for another EPS/ EPS Carry.
god damn engineers always blowing the horn
better than being struck by the train.
Nice, just asked about this optic last class. Curious to see the long term review results.
What is the mounting footprint?
RMR
SRO window size ?
If my RMR ever shits the bed then maybe.
@modern samurai project would you recommend getting this optic?
Yes. For the price, function, and durability. It is hard to beat.
Hey Scott does the PDP with the Lucky Sevens porting run fine with std 115s and would you recommend it?
It does
did it hold zero though?
It did he mentioned that on instagram when asked
I hope C&H puts out a great optic. Been using their plates for years
Well there plates suck so hopefully this thing is better then there plates 😆
How is the test going though? Did it hold a zero?
@@jeremiahcrittenden8622 yes
So do I still need a plate for my 34 gen 5 to mount this optic or do I just buy this optic alone?
I think they make one that mounts directly to the mos slide
People usually associate cheaper with airsoft quality
Would you recommend this dot?

Yes. The internet banter is unwarranted.
there is nothing wrong with the version ones
How's the test going?
What length gun is that?
5” PDP
Is it imported or US made
It’s made in China
@@Sheepdog95for now
Not sure this is telling us much of anything
Useless video. The big question is "did it hold zero?"
Waste of time...
Said “uhh” 10 times within the first 20 seconds 😂😂
