Work n’ movement? I’m in! I’m tired of sitting all day! I was influenced and bought the #desktreadmill for my standing desk, and I love being able to get some steps in while working. Any desk treadmill walkers out there? 💛 my setup is all linked below:

I did the same! I did like 4 hours the first day but find it hard to concentrate. I've heard another creator say she does mundane tasks like clearing email. that might be my next move because I really love it and want to do it more.

Might be a silly question but does your watch track steps accurately? I’ve seen a few videos of people putting them on their ankles. I’m thinking of getting a walking pad but not sure what I’d do with my Apple Watch x
