Can i add leafy vegetables like wombok or cabbage?
I wouldn't. The vinegar will just make it wilt. Maybe just salt it. That's another way of preserving I'll see if I can make another video
@@ChefEdward Chef do you know any product that can be made out of leafy vegetables? I am working on a project on how to reduce vegetable waste, it would be a great help if you suggest any.
I also don't peel my carrots. Even my potatoes. The nutrients kasi are just underneath the skin!
