Nice video and very informative I've been collecting dellortos I think they're the best carb, watching your video I just found out that I have three sets of trijets, one set of 36 mm and two sets of 40 m m, but they don't have the little tube on top of the plate, so I'm wondering if I have to get a new plate with the two, and also it doesn't have the Jets down inside the float Bowl, so it looks like somebody mismatched these parts oh, bummer I wonder if I can still use them, great video though.
I don't think there were ever 36MM and 40mm Trijet carbs. The enrichment jet that connects to the tubes on the top plate should have corresponding jets in the float bowls. If you have any photos id like to see them
Those mystery screws are air bypass for balancing each barrels airflow.

According to the Dellorto SuperPerformance Book the Tri-Jets are only on the 34FRD's and the 48 Dells.

Kinda confused, I have the same water molecule looking cast marks on my 2 carbs, maybe his info was misinformed. Bummer.
Sorry the water molecule would be present on the other side of the carb. On the trijet it is a flat casting above the accelerator pump
