Great comment& I live here! &U have lots of places& it's all trial& ( &mostly) error!) And I can't handle lines!( unless the food is off the charts& even then) But for those who are Interested, the other local is 1724 E.Charleston..Near Maryland Pkway
I am in love with everything you are doing! Congratulations and best wishes always! I have never been to Vegas, but I’m so glad you are my tour guide and I look forward to following along on all of your culinary adventures. You have made me want to visit Vegas now! Big hugs from Texas!
I love how you are not one of those chefs/cooks that think their pallet is the be all end all. You are wise and cool. Very refreshing! I’m excited about the new series!
I just found your channel a few days ago and have been binge watching your videos. I am amazed at how many of your clients hire you to cook normal everyday food. I would have thought they would want more extravagant food prepared by a professional chef. You do an amazing job with your cooks, really enjoy them. I live in the country in Wisconsin and have 8 different types of outdoor cooking vessels so I really enjoyed your video of you cooking at a clients outdoor kitchen with the pizza oven. Hope you get a chance to do more outdoor cooking/grilling/bbq/ smoking.
I totally agree that food is subjective as I’m not a fan of seafood, animal organ foods or chicken feet, hooves, etc. I gravitate towards scratch food and Italian, Chinese, or Mexican are my favorite. Veggies, most salads and fruits are great too. I’m not a froufrou type of eater, simple great seasoned food is the best!
Looking forward to see the dinner tonight. The taco place would overwhelm me, I’d have to try the other location. I just made the asparagus with sun dried tomatoes and it was a huge hit. Making it again tonight😊
You're right, the multiple line thing is weird. You need a couple people to get in different lines otherwise it takes a while to get a variety of tacos. It's like that in their other locations that I've been to.
The two local spots are the ones on Charleston and Bruce and Cheyenne and Losee. The 3rd location that opened within the last year or so is across from Town Square on Sunset just off Las Vegas Blvd
Hello! My wife and I absolutely love Vegas. A few spots I would recommend trying: Pizza: Mulberry Street Pizzeria in Resorts World Ramen: Shokku Ramen American? lol: Sugar Factory Italian: Allegro in the Wynn Hope you try and enjoy! Love the videos keep it up brotha
Hello! Your shorts started popping up on my YT feed, and I'm so glad you do longer form videos too! Looking forward to future videos and new series ideas!
Mama China, Magic Noodle, Hash House a Go Go, Shang Artisan Noodle, Road Kill Grill, Viva Las Arepas, Pops, Two Brothers... So many cullinary gems in Vegas. And you look like the tech reviewer Lew Later.
We ALWAYS have Tacos El Gordo! We were there a few weeks ago and yes, they are DELICIOUS 😋 they genuinely are Tijuana-style tacos. And, yes their local taqueria is busy too but worth it!
Brand new subscriber here! You're combining two of my favorite things: food and Vegas. I would totally suggest that you explore the Spring Mountain Chinatown area. There are SO many gems there!
Great video! I’m going to try El Gordo next time I’m in town. Best Friend is my favorite restaurant in Vegas - try the slippery shrimp and the ‘watermelon’ drink
Tacos El Gordo is so clean there was a lady literally on her knees cleaning the floor where it met the wall. There were two ladies cleaning the tables, floor, trash cans, etc.
dude, just found you. watched you cook for a private party, your food style, feels like if I chose a different fork in the road, would love to do what you are doing. I've always enjoyed cooking for people, still do, but for family. I love when my oldest son says' WOW' when I make him something he really likes. Also, LOL, that was my way of wooing women back in my college days... couldn't sing or play an instrument, but damn I will cook you a great meal.
I moved to Vegas and created my own tiny kitchen. I'm going to be introducing it when I start making some of the dishes I find at these amazing discoveries in my own kitchen
Check out zen curry. Warm springs road. Small spot. Not many tables. Or hit up the art district north of the strip. Cool stores and places to eat. Good breweries. Bbq. Etc.
Best friend is amazing! I want to recommend a local breakfast spot that is off the strip Egg Works there’s a ton of locations and their seasoned breakfast potatoes are the best! I like the corn beef hash
Wait isn’t it 126 degrees???? The tacos look very hard to beat! 12 days of Covid here and no taste that’s making me batty! I keep getting eat how could you be hungry? It’s so completely unsatisfying. Your a GEM to pay for the mates meal! Loving binging your videos for day 2 now. Stay hydrated. Until you have dinner see you then.
Love their tacos! May I make a suggestion? Please, please try Smokin T's on Flamingo and Fort Apache. Hubby works there, he's a Pit Master. IMO, best BBQ in town.
Darn it, now I have to go buy tacos 😢. I grew up in Louisiana close to Texas, now in New Mexico and boy do I miss Tex-Mex! If anyone doesn’t know what I’m saying, hasn’t had Tex-Mex. Here in New Mexico they want to smother everything in red or green chili sauce😢
Have you been to "The Chef Truck" at MGM? It's anther Roy Choi joint and it's modeled after the "El Jefe" cubano truck from the movie CHEF (good movie btw). Also I hear good things about the legendary steak house Golden Steer. I wanted to go there for my birthday but apparently you have to make reservations months in advance.
What a great series, I can’t wait for the future videos!
Thanks so much! Some really good stuff coming up
@@CulinaryMisfits Cheyenne and Losee is another site for Tacos El Gordo.
That was nice of you paying for their food. I love how no matter where you from, what color, what language, etc food brings everyone together.
Absolutely! They were so nice to me I had to pay it back
Indeed!

Love the videos and how laid back and chill they are. Can't wait for more!
Gorrrrrrrdo, loved it 😉
Your comments and insights are great. Keep them coming!!
I enjoy your approach to experiencing new food places in LV with no ratings. Thanks for what you are doing.
Given you a full taco in line is legit, nice touch by the Utah couple and way to make friends from it
Bro! HOME RUN! Absolutely love what you’re doing and this new series! Here’s to another 100,000 subscribers coming soon!
Thank you kind sir
What a fun series! Looking forward to watching these😄
How amazing is this couple !
This spot looks like the Katz’s of the taco world. Love it!
Great comparison!

I live in Las Vegas but I haven’t even tried it
But now I’m going too !!!!

I LOVE that place!!!! That was one of the places I was sure to visit when visiting Las Vegas.

Sweet!

I would go for the buche and sesos tacos lol!
We ALWAYS have Tacos El Gordo! We were there a few weeks ago and yes, they are DELICIOUS 😋 they genuinely are Tijuana-style tacos. And, yes their local taqueria is busy too but worth it!
I actually loved tacos from next door at Tacos El Pastor. These look awesome too!
Honesty is always the best policy love what you’re doing
All I can do from jumping into the screen for a bite. Very crazy set up!
Great idea for a vid.
Can’t wait to see what you think of BF. If I ever went to Vegas it would exclusively be for the food places.
That's the main reason why I go. It's an amazing food city 👍
I think Tacos El Pastor right next door is better and no crazy lines.
OMG I'm so glad you tried Tacos El Gordo! The Al Pastor sopas were my favorite when I went!
Brand new subscriber here! You're combining two of my favorite things: food and Vegas. I would totally suggest that you explore the Spring Mountain Chinatown area. There are SO many gems there!
Just recommended to a neighbor who just left for Las Vegas this morning.❤
They started in Tijuana. They have a few stores in San Diego . Food is Fire

Tacos El Gordo is so clean there was a lady literally on her knees cleaning the floor where it met the wall. There were two ladies cleaning the tables, floor, trash cans, etc.
I love this series. The way you rate them is a great idea. I can't wait to try this place. Also......... how can I get a hat?!?!? =}

Great video - thank you 😊
I remember 2 things about Tacos El Gordo. Parking there is really difficult at busy times, and the al pastor (the pork on the spit) was incredible
Very good. .....you're having a good time. ....😆😍😍.
I love that place. Everybody is so nice there. If it’s your first place ask around clients will help you. 🌮
I heard about Best Friend but couldn't make it on my last trip. Can't wait to try it on my next trip down.
Love the channel, culinary school grad, back in the day, the Orleans hotel in old town had a killer buffet with all you can eat craw dads.
I remember those days. So sad what's happened to the world of buffets out here. I think I'm going to try out the Wynn
I been to best friends. I got the chicken wings they were OK.
Haven't tried other things
We have a Tacos el Gordo in Pacific Beach in San Diego
Monta for Ramen and Shang Artesian Noodles. Are two places I go to every time in Las Vegas.
I look forward to Tacos El Gordo because their adobada tacos are the best ones ive ever had. The local spot is a little less chaotic but not by much.
this is perfect. going to vegas later in the year. now i know where to go eat
Lots more spots to come
My best tip is Lemon Grass @Aria - everything is amazing there, I have to go 2 times at leat during my Vegas trips
LOVE Lemongrass!!! 9 outta 10 amazing experience… and when the 10th time was meh, they comped me for it being so. Definitely co-sign on Lemongrass👌🏾
3 places to go...rigos tacos (boulder highway), d'amore taste of chicago (durango), and pops cheesesteaks (decatur)
im a new viewer loving the content both as a chef and ranking restaurants keep it up!
Chef Eric. This is UA-cam GOLD!! I am looking forward to this!! What a great idea!!
Hey, how's the tiny kitchen coming along?
I moved to Vegas and created my own tiny kitchen. I'm going to be introducing it when I start making some of the dishes I find at these amazing discoveries in my own kitchen

I like the corn beef hash
It's on the list! Thank you 🙏
Looked delicious 😋 I love tacos ❤
Trop and Paradise, or Sahara and Rainbow 1 of 3 spots for Casa del saboro Al Pastor Tacos, be sure to get the red (orange) Sauce..
Love your channel!
I will try this taco place next time in town. I’m glad you don’t use the tired old rating ways!
I love your videos!
Until you have dinner see you then.
like the channel/concept. talk about the $$$$
Love their tacos! May I make a suggestion? Please, please try Smokin T's on Flamingo and Fort Apache. Hubby works there, he's a Pit Master. IMO, best BBQ in town.
Thank you for not rating the restaurant but just giving your opinion! I'm soooooo over everyone giving ratings.
You missed the best taco they make, the Adobada! Next time!!!!
ID go to a taco place and try the food. We dont have many taco places in Canada. Except for del taco fast food. Thanks for sharing.
Greeting all the way from the netherlands!
The tacos are great! I love the Vampiro however it is expensive as hell inflation or no inflation. It is crazy
Korean-Mexican Fusion...KOMEX FTW!!!
❤
Mom Ami Gabi at Paris is my go to dinner spot whenever I’m in Vegas 👌🏻🇫🇷🥩🍷
Bootlegger is a great Italian restaurant in LV.
When you are done eating you use the crispy thing by cutting it up into pieces and scooping what fell. I learned that recently.
As a local, looking forward to finding some good places to go.
