Absolutely right!! If you look closely at ALL her videos you can see the wild distortion of background items and other people. For example...When Salah was running on the treadmill, his head was distorted to the point where he had a pinhead appearance. Yup! I remember quite a few years ago , Chantal’s eyes suddenly were much lighter than normal , hazel/ green. I said she had contacts in . Milk Tea said I was totally wrong and people on her channel got on the bandwagon and were rude to me ! Strange ! Then Pulpy said that Chantal had used Filters to colour her eyes green ! And a woman on his channel told me that she had a Samsung phone and it had loads of filters . She said that the Filters could make you look taller, thinner , your legs longer etc etc . Nowadays Samsung phones have even more filters and better quality . iPhones have filters too but Samsung are the Boss!

Yep the latest filter she has been using on her prerecorded videos makes her eyes blue and you can see she even has a bigger lip filter. She has a lot more filters on her prerecorded videos vs her lives. I believe the Thailand screenshot is from a live, so she doesn't have as many slimming filters.

You're absolutely right Sansa. When they went to the grocery store the isles and basket were elongated and stretched out. Even Salah's head in her camera makes his head and beard/chin extremely elongated. Makes his head look huge and weird. She has two phones that she uses too. She had a separate one in Thailand I remember. And if you look at her legs (in the new video) they even look longer and skinnier. She's 5'1! She's extremely short. She looks stretched out in this newest video. The one in Thailand is what she most closely resembles and is more accurate.
She pulled the bottom up before and made the top look more bunched or baggy, now its pulled down and looks more sleek. However it doesnt look any looser and she is still about to bust out of it at any moment
My issue is the shirt was never tight on her. It was loose and frumpy on her body. It's still loose and frumpy. The only difference is she adjusted the sleeves and is using failing filters.

I think the Thailand photo also has much of the fabric tucked/folded up. A whole part of the pattern is not visible in the “before” Thailand pic. In addition to the filter.
The only difference I noticed is that it must have been ironed, because it didn't have the creases from being folded in the package like you can see when she first put it on.
She has to be so upset that Tammy Slaton, who admitted in the last episode on tlc, started at 750, is now 303. She lost an entire weight of foodie. Yes, she did it with surgery, but she almost died. She had no choice. She took her health scare serious. After skin removal, she will weigh about the same as foodie at the age of 12. That has to be triggering and why she is trying hard. While I think she is having smaller meals, her snacking is out of control. She will not lose because she won’t admit how much she mindlessly eats. Sunflower seeds and cheese will both sabotage her, but she doesn’t see that as food. While her takeout is vastly different than Thailand, I don’t think she is honest with herself about her true daily intake, hence always failing.
Sansa I agree, you're a million percent correct about the filter usage. When I first started watching her several years ago I used to be perplexed as to why she looked so different to me from one day to the next. Then I saw other people's comments about the filters and it made sense.
Chantal's problem is her home cooking is just as calorific as the takeout and fast food, the only difference is she's seems to be trying to reduce her portion sizes a little. However she needs to stop cooking with bricks of butter and buckets of oil and adding full fat cooking cream to everything. Also the cheese, she needs to either cut it out or pick one low fat option and limit how much she has a day. And she needs to cut back on the red meat and eat more chicken, turkey and lean meats. It's a pity she doesn't eat pork because pork loin is delicious pork chops too done correctly. She's her own worst enemy.
In the UK were encouraged by health experts to be vegetarian at least once a week ( preferably twice a week) Chantal eats meat in every single meal she eats ( except panner) . I’ve never seen anything like it !
I've always assumed she has settings somewhere that "aren't body filters" because they are probably called different things and happen to stretch things out the way she wants. Like special modes for far away landscape etc. Or there are a bunch of buttons with icons she pushes until she looks stretched.

I was so busy watching her trying to hide Julia that I couldn’t pay attention to her shirt dress. That poor cat is in heat again, which is why she’s been all over Chantal in other videos, and here she’s busy with her nether regions. It’s just so sad, because spaying a female cat can be done as a kitten and it will offer a lot of protection against mammary cancer, which is a horrible disease. Unfortunately my little Siamese was the exception to the rule and got it even though she was spayed at 3 months. She had surgery, oral chemo and we did the best we could for her, but she died 6 months after her diagnosis at the age of 9. I still miss her, she was such a character and always made the house lively (and loud). So please, spay and neuter your pets.

What is missing and making the shirt look shorter is just above the straight line design. There is supposed to be a thicker white pattern, and it is gone. She had that shirt shortened.
I think one of her biggest problems is wanting praise for a huge acheivement long before she has actually done the work. She has created a situation where she sees everything as an be accomplishment rather than normal adult expectations, like housework or cooking. This always bleeds into her health arcs. She has been back from Thailand and dieting for under 2 weeks, yet the weigh ins and preachy weight loss videos have started as though she has cracked the code for weight loss and reached her goal weight. She never sees that it’s too soon for a victory lap based on a week of water weight loss and then looks foolish when she can’t stick to any dieting past a first week or so. During the 1st week, we get weigh ins bit like we currently see that stop or decrease quickly and we start hearing “I’m not losing now”, which always means that she is lying on camera to us but binge eating off camera and resuming take out. Weight loss videos become content and not real life. She also is returning to cheat days, which is only sabotaging a food addict to resume their addiction. She’d have long given up treadmill use if Salah wasn’t there to impress and if she didn’t need a way to try to hide her lack of sticking to her diet. Overall, I fully expect that we will see a weigh in the next week or so that will confirm that she isn’t dieting off camera. She will try to push this weigh in off as long as possible in an attempt to lose any regained weight. My guess is that beyond initial water weight, she’s had little to no progress as has been her pattern. Her next weigh in will be a gain, stay the same or an almost non existent loss, which will show that she is eating 3000-5000 calories daily despite claiming otherwise and her 10 minute slow treadmill walking isn’t impacting calorie burn as she expects,…it’s just helping with her stamina. This only makes these filtered videos to outline weight loss all the more foolish,…but as always, she won’t ever learn from it.
Personally, I don't believe she had the foresight to buy 2 different dresses. If you go back to her Thailand clip, she tucks up about 3" and you can see it in the lower medallion on the right side. You're absolutely right about the tapering in Kuwait though, it's BIZARRE.

It reminds me of those filters that make the extra long legs and giant feet. Filters can be fun, but they are starting to cause widespread dysmorphia especially among the young and older. So many influencers aren't what they seem.

Got this Notification really late! If you look at the Thailand picture she has the dress buttoned right up to her chin that makes her face look chubbier and if you see the Kuwait picture the dress is unbuttoned at the top by one button which helps her face look less chubby . However , regardless of that Chantal has admitted to using filters on her body as well as her face . (She makes her dark brown eyes green using filters ) She doesn’t have a long torso . And if the picture in Kuwait were unfiltered you’d see her stomach. She’s not going to lose that stomach by losing a few pounds .

I thought it was off too initial as the bottom patterns didn’t match up. Then I saw that it’s because in the Thailand video, the shirt/? is stuck under her stomach. She picks and blouses it right around her midsection but it clearly stuck and not allowed to fall properly. It hasn’t fallen all the way down as it has in the Kuwait pic. That’s why Kuwait looks longer on the bottom half but matches up at the top half.
If you go back to the Thailand portion of her clip, you can see that she only tucks a few inches of the shirt. It literally encompasses about half of the medallion on the lower right side. In comparison, there's a much bigger discrepancy in length.

The shirt was only baggy at the top and the sleeves were long, but it was super snug around her lower abdomen where she carries a lot of weight.

It’s a lens distortion, it happens when you take a “wide angle” picture or any other settings. Technically not a “filter” but it is still altered.

What is missing and making the shirt look shorter is just above the straight line design. There is supposed to be a thicker white pattern, and it is gone. She had that shirt shortened.

I think one of her biggest problems is wanting praise for a huge acheivement long before she has actually done the work. She has created a situation where she sees everything as an be accomplishment rather than normal adult expectations, like housework or cooking.
This always bleeds into her health arcs. She has been back from Thailand and dieting for under 2 weeks, yet the weigh ins and preachy weight loss videos have started as though she has cracked the code for weight loss and reached her goal weight. She never sees that it’s too soon for a victory lap based on a week of water weight loss and then looks foolish when she can’t stick to any dieting past a first week or so.
During the 1st week, we get weigh ins bit like we currently see that stop or decrease quickly and we start hearing “I’m not losing now”, which always means that she is lying on camera to us but binge eating off camera and resuming take out. Weight loss videos become content and not real life. She also is returning to cheat days, which is only sabotaging a food addict to resume their addiction. She’d have long given up treadmill use if Salah wasn’t there to impress and if she didn’t need a way to try to hide her lack of sticking to her diet.
Overall, I fully expect that we will see a weigh in the next week or so that will confirm that she isn’t dieting off camera. She will try to push this weigh in off as long as possible in an attempt to lose any regained weight. My guess is that beyond initial water weight, she’s had little to no progress as has been her pattern. Her next weigh in will be a gain, stay the same or an almost non existent loss, which will show that she is eating 3000-5000 calories daily despite claiming otherwise and her 10 minute slow treadmill walking isn’t impacting calorie burn as she expects,…it’s just helping with her stamina. This only makes these filtered videos to outline weight loss all the more foolish,…but as always, she won’t ever learn from it.
I completely agree. She's been home for about 2 weeks. How quickly does she think that changes happen???

Personally, I don't believe she had the foresight to buy 2 different dresses. If you go back to her Thailand clip, she tucks up about 3" and you can see it in the lower medallion on the right side. You're absolutely right about the tapering in Kuwait though, it's BIZARRE.

Elongated is the perfect word. Someone else used the word fishbowl effect. But like the supermarket basket and her phone, the soda can, everything is elongated or stretched out seemingly.

It reminds me of those filters that make the extra long legs and giant feet. Filters can be fun, but they are starting to cause widespread dysmorphia especially among the young and older. So many influencers aren't what they seem.

To be fair, in the first one, she couldn’t have it buttoned and pulled down all the way so it was scrunched up and then overlapped so it looks much shorter in the first one anyways, so the fact that she can get it to lay straight down and not bunched a good improvement

Got this Notification really late! If you look at the Thailand picture she has the dress buttoned right up to her chin that makes her face look chubbier and if you see the Kuwait picture the dress is unbuttoned at the top by one button which helps her face look less chubby . However , regardless of that Chantal has admitted to using filters on her body as well as her face . (She makes her dark brown eyes green using filters ) She doesn’t have a long torso . And if the picture in Kuwait were unfiltered you’d see her stomach. She’s not going to lose that stomach by losing a few pounds .

I thought it was off too initial as the bottom patterns didn’t match up. Then I saw that it’s because in the Thailand video, the shirt/? is stuck under her stomach. She picks and blouses it right around her midsection but it clearly stuck and not allowed to fall properly. It hasn’t fallen all the way down as it has in the Kuwait pic. That’s why Kuwait looks longer on the bottom half but matches up at the top half.
If you go back to the Thailand portion of her clip, you can see that she only tucks a few inches of the shirt. It literally encompasses about half of the medallion on the lower right side. In comparison, there's a much bigger discrepancy in length.

Question: is the slide-in photo a SS from before, or after she pulled the bottom half up in the original try-on? There's a point in that video where, right before she walks off, she pulls the bottom section up and it kind of sticks there. If so, that might explain the bottom mis-alignment a bit better.

She could have easily found that same hideous pattern on temu or some place and ordered a larger sz. Where it's loser is below her largest fupa areas. That doesn't even make sense.
I'm backkk! We caught up with the fam, it was school holidays for the grandbabies (4, 8 yrs and under,) and it was a great holiday. We always go sans tech, a hiatus, if you like and I love it! I missed the chit-chats with my favourite creators but, Foodles and all of her nonsense? Not so much! 😂

My neighbor with CBT therapy lost 250 lbs and has kept it off for 8 years.

You screenshotted the dress when it was folded under her gut. Does that mean I think she lost weight? no.
