Bananas, eggs, dairy, and red meat are severely restricted for patients with heart, cholesterol and hypertension issues. Dairy is also restricted for diabetics. Beyond sugar, that's her entire diet. Sansa, dear, thank you so much for the videos. They are very helpful 💙🙏✌️🌻
@Ophelia1023 Dairy products are a source of carbs and fat. Diabetics are normally prescribed a calcium supplement to make up for any loss from whatever recommended dairy limitations
@Ophelia1023 I hadn't either until my almost 400lb self walked into an ER with an infection and they told me I was less than 8 hrs from death, hacked off a third of my foot, then after 28 days in the hospital, sent me home with 45 days of IV antibiotics and insulin. Keep going, Cutie
@@tressamarie6509 I believe her "cheese salad" was a big plateful of shredded cheese melted in the micro and then she poured salad dressing all over the top...I kid you not.
She REALLY needs to take that diabetes education class. I’m not 100% sure what they’d say but when I took a pre-diabetes class (in an effort to prevent diabetes) the focus was on low-fat, Whole Foods. So cheese was definitely a rare/occasional food.
It's pointless for her to go. She's never even followed the most basic instructions given by her docs. She also took diabetes education when she was first diagnosed back in Canada.
All the information she could ever need about diabetes is available online from reputable source, like the Mayo Clinic. She doesn’t eat appropriately for her condition because she doesn’t want to, not because she doesn’t know how to.
I cook every day for my family of five, which includes 3 teens. We usually have one block of cheddar in the fridge, one hunk of real parmigiano and maybe one other type of random cheese that struck my fancy or was on sale. And I really like cheese. But I know it’s so full of calories and fats that we all treat it as a “sometimes” food. If I suddenly came home with all that cheese, my family would think I’d had a stroke. And that’s ALL for her!!! I shop according to what’s on sale and what looks good, then tailor my meal planning accordingly. I hate picking a recipe first and then getting sticker shock at the store, or finding the necessary produce to be subpar. But I’ve been cooking consistently for 30 years and I have an arsenal of recipes in my brain, favorite cookbooks and websites.
I'm the same way... I do keep recipes in mind, and then see what looks good. This weekend, I knew I wanted a stir fry, so picked the veggies that looked best.
I dont care for cheese but will have the shredded fat free mozzerella in the bag to sprinkle some on my eggwhites when cooking, but I don't eat blocks of anything.....
When she made the comment, “since I started this health arc crap”, or something like that, I knew it would never last. With that mental attitude, she won’t be successful at losing weight.
Before I go grocery shopping, I like to have an idea of meal items beyond necessities. Sometimes I go in need of inspiration, still with meals in mind. Thanks @Sansa Cooks. 🌞💜
Yes! It blows my mind that she just buys random ingredients without any plan of what meals she’ll make. It’s no wonder so much of it ends up rotting before she can use it.
SansaCooks you make such perfect sense out of all that mess and I really appreciate it-foodie claims she will be cooking at least 5 times a week?! Lololololololollol 😂😂Lol 😂😂
As to Potato Corner, she says, "That I always get." But when she was sick, she acted like she tried the place one time on the advice or her chat and it gave her food poisoning. I am furious that she put that out there, that this business sickened an otherwise healthy her. Chicken skins sound nasty af to me but she is an adult and should decide whether she can handle eating them, not inhale a box on impulse with no gall bladder and then cry food poisoning when she can't stop 💩ing herself.
One of the reasons I really love your channel is that you dont simply react, but you always add additional nuggets of information for us. Reasons I love you : you did a little research and were able to show us that Foodie simply bought ALL the things on sale that week 😂, you noticed the juice bottles and you noticed her mentioning chips, neither of which she showed in her hauls. 😉 🤔
She admitted her blood sugar levels were super high again during Thailand and she happily said they are back to normal high numbers now. That's kinda scary. What is normal high? High enough she won't tell anyone what they are...
Omg you’re the first person to show her at regular 1x speed in a long time!!! I CAN’T believe that’s how she talks in real time. That’s insane. How can a person speak sooookkk slowlllly?
I always make a meal plan before we go shopping& choose meals that compliment each other so it all gets used. E.g we are making tuna couscous salad tonight so other meals will be a type of salad or will have a side salad so that my salad ingredients aren't wasted at all. Having a plan & a list also helps prevents us buying treats & naughty foods that we are trying to avoid.😅
She went to almighty Thailand, and she didn't visit Moo Deng! She was at an hour drive from her! Even if someone goes next year, the people will be the same, the food and the local atractions will be there, but tha pygmy hippopotamus with the biggest sass will be an adult! It could never be me! Oh, and btw of grocery shopping, we have something similar in Italy, the farmers markets, and I tend to buy what's in season, and cook from scratch pretty much every day 🤷🏻♀️
Lying 🤥 liar 🤥 who lies. She will never change, food is her one true love 💕. I had never heard of chicken skins being served like this 🤢. She thoroughly enjoyed them and would/will get them again if given the chance. I dislike her trying to give advice on anything 😡. Great video as always. I learn so much from you

When I'm on a diet I look up examples of meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 1300 or 1400 calories. Plan out 1 or 2 weeks worth of meals that fit in my calorie range and then get the groceries for those meals
I also love cheese and I usually have at least three varieties in the fridge, but they do not include processed cheeses and the type of cheese that Chantal prefers - like "Parmesan" grated from a jar.
I'm big on making lists. I always make a list before I go to the supermarket. My problem these last few years, is remembering to take the list with me!
Honestly, even if you're trying to save money, just buying everything that's cheap isn't a good approach. I've been poor, and it's been more important to have shelf-stable stuff that can go in a lot of types of meals. Thank you for the info on the jameia (sp?)!
shes had her gallbladder removed years and years ago, suppose to follow a low fat diet, avoid food high in fat, fried or greasy. eat small meals more frequently, she does none of that all of her digestive issues i would say in my opinion is because of her NOT following that diet. those cheeses she got, not a good choice, but guys, she has self diagnosed IBS. the woman is just ridiculous.
Diabetes class wouldn't do anything, she's ready with the 'in moderation" (she can't) "this is healthy home cooked food" (it's carbs with a stick of butter/cream/cheese) "I'm still on track" (to my 600lb life) before getting angry and deflecting.
She is going to order fast food today or tomorrow. She hates cooking, look at yesterday's beef stew. With all of the veggies she got She can make a decent meal with healthy salads. Who needs salad dressing, just olive oil and lime juice is 10xs better. Guarantee she is bingeing on cheese and bread when she is not filming or live.
“Cheese, if eaten in moderation, can be a part of a healthy diet”. For sure. However, I find it unlikely that a person who buys 25 different types of cheese is capable of moderating its consumption
I wonder if Salah would ever spill the tea about how much his wife really eats off camera....we did get a tiny hint when he said she eats all the snacks before he gets a chance to have any
I absolutely have a food plan! I’ll get ingredients for two or three “main” dishes, and replace staples like yogurt, cottage cheese, soy milk, lunch meat, etc.
I have sugar problems too and I do a lot of the cooking for my family, we tend to stick to our favorite recipes for the most part so we already know what kitchen staples to pick up, though I do often make a list for them. And when I feel adventurous I plan that out as well. You're right, she should not be drinking any of those juices right now, or eating any of those fruits because her sugar is still very high and that will make it worse. Honestly I think she should watch the potatoes as well. Diabetos can have juice and fruits too but very rarely and in moderation, and only if our sugar is controlled. Her haul is a jumbled mess and imo she's set herself up for failure because she can't possibly have a meal plan for all that produce, which will lead to frustration and eventually take out. We know from her recent curry vid that she's not very experienced in the kitchen, so I highly doubt she knows any recipes that would incorporate any number of those specific produce, produce you can't really even pick up and snack on. And last, for 'betes like me, who want to enjoy certain things without risking a stroke, here's a helpful tip I've been doing: Those super sugary iced coffees Foodie's always sucking down? NO! Do not go out and buy iced coffee ever, it's never going to be healthy enough for us. A small change Foodie could have done was buy a regular coffee maker, brew coffee that she can store in her fridge then just add a couple splashes of flavored creamer with plenty of coffee and ice to a cup when she's ready for a iced coffee. Home made iced coffee that won't blow out your a1c! And is infinitely better for your wallet, you can make several giant servings of iced coffee for the price of two iced coffees bought out! It's the little things but they add up. Anyway thank you so much for your uploads, you teach me new things about my own condition every day!

She just realized how Negative Nelly she was about the trip and is trying to change the facts and giving her beezers what they want to hear cause she knows she pissed off some of her loyals.Round and round we go !!!! Thanks Sansa 💙💙💙
I think most people make a meal plan before grocery shopping. It saves money and reduces the whole “what do you want for dinner?” conflict. It’s not difficult. I get consensus from everyone for 5-6 dinner choices and make a detailed list. I take inventory and add in foods that I know we will eat. After I get the meal plan made, I check the macros to get a sense of whether I’ll hit my nutrition goals for the week and then make any needed adjustments. It may take a bit longer this way, but it saves money by not wasting food, and it takes the guesswork out of cooking at the end of a long day.
Why all that produce and cheese for TWO people? That's a waste and insane at the same time. I guess you can't buy one or two mangoes or sweet potatoes in Kuwait? Btw, I loved the picture of the cheese house!! 😂
I don't really meal plan, but I have a basic set of menus which I rotate, so I know what I need to have complete meals at any time. Proteins, veg, salads, acceptable carbs, etc. I always get green leafy veg: spinach, cabbage, bok choy. I add them into soups or stir fries LIBERALLY. I always have some tofu in the fridge. Always fixing for salads, and I'm basic there - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers. Rarely, I'll treat myself to a single sweet potato. I get cheese, but enough for a single person. And proteins: chicken, fish, shrimp, beef, pork. I've talked about my health issues before, and part of it is that I don't absorb proteins easily so meat proteins are pretty essential for me. I love noodles but noodles don't love diabetes. So I get dried/baked tofu sheets (frozen, from SayWeee), cut them into slices. They have enough texture that they can be fake soup noodles. Also trying a new tofu noodle. I really like konjac noodles but they can play havoc w/ my digestion (google it) so VERY SMALL amount of them. I have fish balls & fish cakes for soups. My treats: gyoza, frozen dim sum. Ravioli & gnocchi - which I will do 50/50 w/ a protein to not have too much. My "i'm ill and can't cook and really am not hungry" food is pastina en brodo. ALWAYS have that on hand. I try and not let any veg go bad, but it's challenging as a single person. Sometimes I can't eat an entire cabbage by myself. I freeze some, but my freezer's already pretty stocked. I wish they grew mini cabbages!
I make a meal plan. Groceries in Canada are outrageous and I cannot afford to have food go bad. When I buy fruit it’s usually 4 pears and 4 bananas and I won’t buy anymore until they are eaten. I buy 1 small bag of shredded cheese and that lasts me over a month.
I love cheese also, but if you ate as much cheese as that, you’d blow up!!!!! And I make a list of meals for the week and get stuff for that and I always have the pantry stocked with staples. We live out in the country and planning is a must. It takes an hour and some to get to the next big city for errands.
Her being sick in Thailand was 100% her fault. She doesn't was her hands and ate like crap. When you eat like crap you will feel like crap its simple! Also no one buys 8 things of cheese to even make mac and cheese. At best maybe 3 for mac and cheese. People typically during a normal grocery store run will buy cream cheese, and sliced cheese.
One pomegranate contains 38 grams of sugar. One mango contains around 45 grams. Grapes, potatoes, rice, pasta, all also very high in carbs. As a diabetic, I eat none of these things.
I have to watch my carbs and I dearly love rice but quit eating it a couple years ago! but I do occasionally have "ONE CUP" OF IT, and I make it the day before and let it cool all night in the fridge and have some for dinner the next day, so it is supposed to have some resistant starch to it and not spike your BS.....
I could not agree with you more. I had the sense that she wasn’t meal planning. I learned both working in a professional kitchen and the hard way as a young and newly independent adult - your fridge is not an extension of the grocery store. You have to plan and prep so you don’t waste food.
She infuriates me when she says things like, "I'm starving" while bingeing on junk food. First of all, no you're not. You don't know what it means to be starving, and it shows. Secondly, saying you're starving is not a way to wave off table manners or conscientious food choices. Starving people would gladly chow down on unseasoned vegetables and lean meats with no cheese in sight and would be grateful for it.
By keeping all that cheese in the house, she is setting herself up for failure.
She is setting herself up to 💩 herself multiple times a day.
& in way less than 24 hrs. shows that she's already been into & eating the majority of it.
Is it really failure if you never try in the first place?

Don’t forget the chocolate. She is incapable of only eating a couple of blocks every day.

I'm glad you enjoy the videos!
Dairy is restricted for diabetics?
@Ophelia1023 Dairy products are a source of carbs and fat. Diabetics are normally prescribed a calcium supplement to make up for any loss from whatever recommended dairy limitations
@@wykedcrafter6789 I must say I've never heard of that
@Ophelia1023 I hadn't either until my almost 400lb self walked into an ER with an infection and they told me I was less than 8 hrs from death, hacked off a third of my foot, then after 28 days in the hospital, sent me home with 45 days of IV antibiotics and insulin. Keep going, Cutie
What I noticed was that four of the cheeses were opened already. In one day.
They sure were!!! That cheese dip is very similar to one that you-know-who used to make for her.
@@SansaCooks 😳
@@SansaCooksis that the thing she calls “cheese salad”? Gorl it’s not a salad! 😂
I mean she can take it. I’m not sure it’s actually so anything for her
@@hhueter true
It's pointless for her to go. She's never even followed the most basic instructions given by her docs. She also took diabetes education when she was first diagnosed back in Canada.
@@Ophelia1023💯
I dont care for cheese but will have the shredded fat free mozzerella in the bag to sprinkle some on my eggwhites when cooking, but I don't eat blocks of anything.....
the AI pics are hilarious
You should see the ones I DIDN'T use...
When she made the comment, “since I started this health arc crap”, or something like that, I knew it would never last. With that mental attitude, she won’t be successful at losing weight.
New lifestyle...crap was priceless. Precisely why she always fails.
Its wild that the fridge is full of all her new groceries.... its almost like he didn't even live there while she was in Thailand.
So strange...🤭🤭🤭
Before I go grocery shopping, I like to have an idea of meal items beyond necessities. Sometimes I go in need of inspiration, still with meals in mind.
Thanks @Sansa Cooks. 🌞💜
Yes! It blows my mind that she just buys random ingredients without any plan of what meals she’ll make. It’s no wonder so much of it ends up rotting before she can use it.
i love watching people use chantal’s past videos to show she’s lying. it’s like playing ace attorney. don’t let her get away with rewriting history!
SansaCooks you make such perfect sense out of all that mess and I really appreciate it-foodie claims she will be cooking at least 5 times a week?! Lololololololollol
😂😂Lol 😂😂
I shop the sales, then figure out a use for it later. It can challenge me sometimes, but I enjoy it.
I love looking at weekly specials online first and then looking up recipes. It's fun!
I like to do this too. Allows for variety in meals. Gives me a challenge to figure out too. Prevents brain rot.
Chantal loved those chicken skins from potatoe corner and cheese dip too
She sure did!
There’s a take out container in the fridge
Yes there was and I caught that also
Left Yayba's live to watch this. I'd love the Macros on all of that cheese! Through the roof.
I can’t imagine grocery shopping WITHOUT a meal plan of some kind, tbh.
Me neither!
*The Cheese Fortress* 😭😭

The boxes of fresh produce are 100% for Salah's family.
I actually hope so!
She severely over bought for two people. Most of the fresh fruit and veggies will be tossed out
Yup--and remember, Salah doesn't eat vegetables.
I noticed that too!!!
Love your videos! Only hope is near death experience, then in-patience care! She will not stop, nor does she want too!
Inpatient care would do her a world of good.
Edited: maybe then, won't hold my breathe!!!
I think you’re right. She just has no idea how to eat healthily
Loving all the GREAT AI pics- have you been taking lessons from Are You Serious? lol
Of course!!! AYS is an AI guru.
@@SansaCooks 🩷 her! I've learned so much from watching her channel.
I cut out so much, it sounds crazy if I speed it up too.
Is she telling me what to eat and not eat? 😂
I will never understand her buying such quantities of produce for two people, even with one of them being her 🤔
Exactly, especially the perishables
Her fridge ia literally cheese, juice butter.
True!
Amazing video Sansa. Her cycle is right on time. Spot on as usual. ❤❤
Glad you enjoyed it!
Here before you hit a well-deserved 10K 😊
Fingers crossed! Thank you so much.
The amount of cheese blows my mind! And u know that will only last a week 🤯
If that!
Great video Sansa! Wow I can't believe she just ordered every fruit on sale 🤦♀️
Right??? I know it's cheap, but NOT buying what you don't need is even cheaper than that.
I hope she actually uses it, or gives some away to a family that would use it.
Exactly right!
Just subscribed. Hope you make that 10k soon 👍
Thanks for the sub!😊
She blames Potato Corner, when it’s really just the sheer amount she eats that would make anyone feel like crap.
Exactly right!
She went to almighty Thailand, and she didn't visit Moo Deng! She was at an hour drive from her! Even if someone goes next year, the people will be the same, the food and the local atractions will be there, but tha pygmy hippopotamus with the biggest sass will be an adult! It could never be me!
Oh, and btw of grocery shopping, we have something similar in Italy, the farmers markets, and I tend to buy what's in season, and cook from scratch pretty much every day 🤷🏻♀️
Exactly--when I get something beautiful at the farmers' market, I always want to cook it right away.
I would have made it my mission to see Moo Deng, even if I didn't do anything else
@@lydiaj7492 me too!
I hope 90% of that food finds its way to Salah's family.
Ooooh, good idea!
I learn so much from you
Love the animated Foodie character featured in your videos. ❤😅
Thank you!
Dang Sansa. I love your channel more everyday! Thank you for schoolin me on ME apps and shopping. You ever think about doing Q&A? Maybe Christmas (if we celebrate holidays around that arc 🙄) plan a cool treat for viewers! ❤
Thank you so much for your kind support! I have something special planned coming up soon. Not a Q&A exactly...
@@SansaCooks AMPED! Good shit Sansa. Can't wait. Again you're the sanity gorl world needs. "Just the facts m'am" reported, and an added Sansa quick opinion closer. Always well done. Thank you again!
When I'm on a diet I look up examples of meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner) for 1300 or 1400 calories. Plan out 1 or 2 weeks worth of meals that fit in my calorie range and then get the groceries for those meals
Our health queen
I also love cheese and I usually have at least three varieties in the fridge, but they do not include processed cheeses and the type of cheese that Chantal prefers - like "Parmesan" grated from a jar.
That amount of cheese for two people is absolutely insane. She will never lose weight.
I agree--8 types at once is so much cheese.
7:54 takeout container 👀
Chantal: "It's Salah's" 😏
Since she's been home, she had SubStop, lamb kabob with rice, and chicken with hummus and salad.
Yes!
I'm big on making lists. I always make a list before I go to the supermarket. My problem these last few years, is remembering to take the list with me!
😆😆😆
Honestly, even if you're trying to save money, just buying everything that's cheap isn't a good approach. I've been poor, and it's been more important to have shelf-stable stuff that can go in a lot of types of meals. Thank you for the info on the jameia (sp?)!
Sure thing--glad you found it interesting!
I always write a meal plan, and buy what i needs for it.
She had a giant break-up with the chicken skin! 😂
Hahahaha, she did!
shes had her gallbladder removed years and years ago, suppose to follow a low fat diet, avoid food high in fat, fried or greasy. eat small meals more frequently, she does none of that all of her digestive issues i would say in my opinion is because of her NOT following that diet. those cheeses she got, not a good choice, but guys, she has self diagnosed IBS. the woman is just ridiculous.
I don’t eat that amount cheese in a year!
Diabetes class wouldn't do anything, she's ready with the 'in moderation" (she can't) "this is healthy home cooked food" (it's carbs with a stick of butter/cream/cheese) "I'm still on track" (to my 600lb life) before getting angry and deflecting.
I'm too early to read the funny comments 😢
She is going to order fast food today or tomorrow. She hates cooking, look at yesterday's beef stew. With all of the veggies she got She can make a decent meal with healthy salads. Who needs salad dressing, just olive oil and lime juice is 10xs better. Guarantee she is bingeing on cheese and bread when she is not filming or live.
So far she's eaten takeout every day. SubStop, rotisserie chicken with hummus that she mentioned, and she also described the lamb kabobs with rice.
“Cheese, if eaten in moderation, can be a part of a healthy diet”. For sure. However, I find it unlikely that a person who buys 25 different types of cheese is capable of moderating its consumption
I wonder if Salah would ever spill the tea about how much his wife really eats off camera....we did get a tiny hint when he said she eats all the snacks before he gets a chance to have any
Rule #1 always applies. 😂
OMG, the gummies!! 😂
😆
There has been a few occasions when I see what the produce looks like and then decide what I want to cook.
When I was on keto, I make my own chicken skin and I use it as a replacement for croutons. I don’t munch on it like cutie.
Makes sense for people on keto!
'Performance' is correct.
She picked eat gummies and seal. People do eat gummies or smoke and go out and do things. She just realized how Negative Nelly she was about the trip and is trying to change the facts and giving her beezers what they want to hear cause she knows she pissed off some of her loyals.Round and round we go !!!! Thanks Sansa 💙💙💙
I was waiting for you to show the macros on chicken skin. 😂 It's not completely unhealthy and "nasty," as Foodie thinks...
I firmly believe that Salah gives a lot of that to family members
Being on a weight loss journey and consuming weed may well be a problem. :(
I make a meal plan.
I wish she would do a "produce in the trash" haul showing us how much work it is to throw it away. No way she preps all that let alone eats it.
Who needs 9 pomegranates, 6 mangos, grapes, and bananas all at once as a diabetic?
At this point she was told by her doctor many times and chose not to listen
She acts like simply just buying the veggies will do the work for her😂😂
🤭🤭🤭
Her being sick in Thailand was 100% her fault. She doesn't was her hands and ate like crap. When you eat like crap you will feel like crap its simple! Also no one buys 8 things of cheese to even make mac and cheese. At best maybe 3 for mac and cheese. People typically during a normal grocery store run will buy cream cheese, and sliced cheese.
He saw, beans lotsa beans lotsa beans lotsa beans. 😜
@@chrisfry436 , thanks for your reply. I've heard the same concept also works on mashed or baked potatoes.
🧀 balls dipped in 🧀⁉️ She doesn't get it, any of it🤷. Just bcuz you're making food doesn't make it "healthier"❗
