I'm 5ft and 297 lbs. I have arthritis in my hips which gets really painful at times and I have limited mobility at the moment. I honestly don't know how she carries more than 100 lbs more than I do. I honestly think the only thing that's really going to help her is weight loss surgery, I just don't know if she could cope. Wish her luck whatever happens.

2:00 is the most unbelievably ridiculous thing, a part of me is not surprised, a part of me is in a deep eye roll and a "you have to be kidding me!?" She once bragged in the face of those concerned that she won't lose her foot, that her g'ma lived with diabetes and died with both feet, that she's going to live a long time and Ra Ra Ra, yet here she is, how many years into type 2 diabetes, claiming she doesn't need a Diabetes education class because she thinks all they will do is tell her Carl's Jr is bad for the condition, yet she still is ignorant by choice enough to not understand at the age of 40 the complications of diabetes? And how people lose a limb? Yet she can't honestly sit there and tell us we need to go touch grass? She doesn't have a leg to stand on, no pun intended even though that may be her reality one day. Tbh I was mostly naive and not well educated on diabetes up until learning through reaction GW channels and that arc, but even at the age of 13-15 I was aware that diabetics can lose a limb if you don't manage it properly. There was even a TV ad about it growing up in my country

You (Sansa) and Phat Cow are the only reactors i watch anymore, and I'm thinking of stopping even that small amount of FB. I mainly watch to have a sort of outlet. A friend of mine is type 2, and he's been in and out of the hospital with infections over the last two years. His neuropathy is almost to his knees, and he's developing retinopathy. He's hands have been starting to bother him. He's 34. Listening to him talk about his A1C and his eating habits is maddening. There is a massive disconnect between how he eats and how he should be eating. Getting a health update from him makes me so angry I can't see. He's like a little brother to me, and I can't fathom his attitude. I've also got an uncle who straight-up refuses to believe that he's T2. When he falls from the advanced neuropathy, it's because he tripped. If my aunt wasn't patient as a saint, he would have died years ago. He's around 70. I'm not so emotionally invested, sadly (he's a douche), but it's still frustrating to see someone just straight-up say, "nope, the doctor is wrong. There's nothing at all wrong with me. He just wants to put me on all these drugs."

I would watch a channel of just this chill beach 247.

You should take a bus to Rayong province (around 1hr) and catch a ferry to Koh Samet. Has a 200b entrance fee for farangs, because it is considered a national park. Beautiful beaches and top notch seafood though!

Has asthma, diabetes, has no gallbladder, yet still smokes something deadlier than cigarettes & eats an insane amount of fatty food everyday! I’m quite sure she doesn’t care about living 😢
