- I already upped to YT this whole Nov. 4 Seattle show (80 mins.) I recorded at The Neptune Theater but wanted to upload a few individual songs separately, particularly ones there aren't lots of live versions available of yet, such as In The Kingdom from the 2013 album Seasons of Your Day.
A new addition is a photo contained in the slide show of Hope's autograph along with a cat cartoon she drew for a fan, Juan, who met her after the L.A. show at the Wiltern Nov. 7. He recounted his fortuitous meeting with the band in a post at mazzy fan forum mazzystar.free.fr (under his site name GuntahKela in the thread entitled ''The Wiltern L.A.'') & kindly shared a link to the photos he took, including Hope's cartoon. Apparently, she likes to draw cat doodles/cartoons for fans sometimes. Her cat's dialogue balloon is a bit of a mystery. It may say something like:
"I (something), HE MYLES." Or what looks like "Myles" might be "MY LEG" instead. -Or-?? I was very pleased to see Hope's cartoon, & get to share it in a slideshow (yes, Hope & I are both cat persons, & maybe David is too).
Unfortunately, I have no photos from the Seattle show. The blue-toned pics of the band onstage here are from the L.A. show 3 days later, plus the one of Hope in clear white light from a camera flash is also from the L.A. show. Thanks go to mazzystar.free.fr forum member ''creek'' for sharing his pics from the show that are all taken from video he shot. There are also some official pics in the slideshow that have appeared on Mazzy Star's FB page, &/or accompanying press articles. Some photos are by Mazzy Star's photographer Lori Reyes (e.g. the purple toned one titled "Mazzy Star on Tour", a fave of mine, is hers), & some by Luz Gallardo (e.g. the fine one of Hope in a cowboy hat). Both photographers took some of the official 2013 photos that have appeared in press articles & on Mazzy Star's FB page.

Mazzy Star's Facebook webmaster(s) left a comment recently linking to a new yt video for "In the Kingdom" & inviting people to check it out. You can find it under this yt title:"Mazzy Star In The Kingdom". Uploader is shown as "Herman Kinski". However, despite the FB page refering to it as a "fan-made" video, there's some evidence it may in fact be Mazzy Star's Colm O'Ciosoig who actually made the video. Hope apparently has a small cameo in it. It's quite a good video. The more I view it, the more I like it.
