There was an episode (maybe it was from Extra Virgin - Gabriele Corcos and Debi Mazar's show (my favorite)) wherein Anthony cooked a feast esp. with lobster and lobster heads with Gabriele while Debi and Anthony's wife drank and chatted
I do like the episode in Parts Unknown, where Anthony was in Japan. Thanks for mentioning that.
we remember their shows and moments
i remember eating horse meat from the character from my little pony
The time he went to Boston and talked about food and one of his favorite movies the friends of Eddie Coyle.
Still to this day Anthony Bourdain has probably had a bigger impact on my life than a lot of people, much less a celebrity, he got me and my brother deep into fine dining cooking and just trying anything anywhere we went, I can thank him for why I’m so adventurous cooking and when I’m in any restaurant no matter where on the globe it is which has resulted in some very fond memories, RIP to an absolute legend ❤
He is so incredibly missed. He was one of my favorite people to keep up with. He was just real and open and warm and so beautifully flawed and I think most people loved him for exactly who he was at all times. ❤
His my favorite chef, it's hard to forget him, Rest In Paradise Anthony Bourdain 🙏 ❤
You should read his book "kitchen confidential".
I was a fine dining chef for 30 years and his story's and discription is exactly the way that it is in this buisness.
I could have had a number one reality show on the last place that I opened.
Never will rip,
On June 8, 2018 at around 4am I was drinking wine and watching Tony as usual then suddenly my phone blew up with dozens of "I'm so sorry" messages from my friends. My friends reacted to the news as if I lost my family member. That's how much I'm guessing most of us felt that day. I don't care about any celebrity to be honest, but I feel like Tony not only travelled the world but also ventured deep into our hearts as effortlessly as he tells his enchanting stories.
Dude was a legend. I got to meet him while I had cancer and we had a very long talk about my favorite foods, which ones I had to avoid during treatment, he was very into the conversation and genuine. Rest in peace
I think his total lack of pretension was one of the reasons he was so admired. I still haven’t gotten over his death. Rest in peace, Tony.
My favorite video of him was when he made scrambled eggs. So simple, yet so profound. I made them in my kitchen the day he died. He should still be here 😭
love you for that
Anthony's shows helped me through hard times. I miss him dearly.
Best story teller 🤷♀️and is very much missed 🥰
He absolutely broke my heart when he left, but I suppose he had nothing left to see. "[When I die], I will decidedly not be regretting missed opportunities for a good time. My regrets will be more along the lines of a sad list of people hurt, people let down, assets wasted, and advantages squandered." Rest in peace Anthony
The first Lebanon episode has stuck with me since its premiere. Bless your spirit, Chef.
His cameo as that Obnoxious Chef on Archer was my favorite Anthony Bourdain moment.
Bastard Chef! Boom!! Bumper!!
I loved watching Parts Unknown, the places, the people and especially the food he experienced was so amazing.
This man was and still is my culinary hero and he’s the reason why I love cooking.
It just broke me when he passed away.
REST IN PEACE!
such a phenomenal story teller. nobody can compared to him
Parts unknown was my favorite show. It made me want to travel the world.
Anthony Bourdain was a big reason why television was invented.
I never thought I would see Anthony Bourdain content again literally one of my favorite chefs
I learned so much from Tony. He really helped shape how I eat and travel and live. He was snarky and wise and endlessly entertaining. I miss him.
Great picks. Really miss Anthony.
His TV show and monologs were the best. He had such a wonderful love for life, friendship and great food !!! 😇😇😇
Chef Anthony was a legend and an inspiration.
Another honourable mention was his visit to Sarawak, where he declared Sarawak Laksa was the breakfast of the gods. As part Sarawakian, it was an amazing feeling to see him enjoy the laksa, in Parts Unknown he downed 2 in one sitting, but it hurts to know that he will never come back to have more... Rest in Peace, Mr Bourdain. You will always be remembered.
My favorite moment from him is that he alway reference in pop culture in cinema movies? He puts in in the show that was a fun moment.
I MISS HIM STILL ❤❤❤❤❤
Greatest chef and food commentator that ever existed. Rest in Peace
He was a gift to so many, with his provocative banter and honesty. He has offered so much to my life with his writings, his many shows & his true candor. Barenaked within his conversations, humble when needed & speaking truth about his life's journeys. You are truly missed.
You forgot when Anthony was just being Anthony whenever he hangs out with his crazy Russian friend Zamir Gotta. Those episodes made it feel like you were there with them just having fun.
Always enjoyed how he'd interact with so many different types of peoples and cultures. I was hooked the first time I saw one of his Parts Unknown shows. He will be missed.
We miss you Anthony 😢
R.I.P.
Rest in Peace to this legend. He will be missed.
My favorite is his visit to Sizzler with Dave Choe. Those two together were magic. Oh, and when he got his bad haircut.
I always loved episodes with his brother Chris and his french chef friend Eric Ripert.
Same! Tony and Eric were the ultimate odd couple, but somehow their friendship just worked. They were so funny together too, with Tony's somewhat raunchy humor against Eric's wry wit. Classic!
I just loved his frailties, he never hid his real feelings, just tried to live with them...
One of my favorite moments from one of his shows. I think it was the Beijing episode of No Reservations. Where he visits a noodle maker's tiny apartment shop. They watch as the noodle maker uses large bamboo poles to kneed the dough. Then when they run the flattened sheets of noodles through the slicing machine. The way he describes the noodles as if they were a waterfall cascading down on the rocks below. Really made you feel like these noodles were more than just food. It was art.
Rest well Anthony burdain🙏💔
Bourdain
I laughed when during his trip to Montréal, and he was in Chef Picard's sugar shack eating maple syrup that was poured on snow. Chef Picard told him how to properly eat it and, i can't remember who it was who said, when Anthony was sucking on the maple syrup to 'look up' that whole scene had me roaring! RIP to a legend Anthony Bourdain.
❤❤❤ this man
Miss you
WOW Phoebe that's awesome and incredible at the same time.
My favorite show,Loved his narration during the show
I thought id be able to hold it together watching this but i broke when i heard him talking to bill murray of all things 😂😭 he is so fucking missed
His trip to New Orleans post Katrina. Great meal at Antoine’s…..lead me there.
Love your lists!😊😊😊❤❤❤❤
Do you even know who he his ? With your stupid spam
❤️miss him
I never thought I’d see a video with both Anthony and Bill Murray. Suffice to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Both are real deals
Loved the CLEVELAND episode with Marky Ramone and Harvey Pekar!!!
My favorite moment was from Top Chef. A contestant was late getting their plate on the table. Bourdain started taking him to task when the contestant said, "But in your book you said..." Bourdain knowing what he was about to say with a smirk said, "You son of a bitch." The contestant continued quoting Bourdain as saying something like that it was more important to get the plate out right than on time. Guy defended himself from Bourdain's criticism with his own words and Bourdain's reaction was classic.
I really love, as an Indonesian, when he said Balinese babi guling was his number one pork dish he ever ate. RIP buddy!!! The no shit chef we ever known
RIP Dude.
Anthony visited Melbourne Australia and with Matt Preston set out to learn and play a game of the indigenous created game of Trugo @ the STH Melbourne Trugo club , My father John McMahon was on hand that day to teach Anthony & Matt how to play . End of the day Anthony won the game and Matt had to pay for their lunch. Great piece of work! Thanks
1:14 Seemed like such an honest answer🤣
No 1 real, original, pure New Yorker
Feel like one of the top 10 moments should have been when he eated food so bad he got yeeted off this mortal coil. Rip Tony. ❤
My favorite would be him doing the show in Montana and trust me it's worth the watch as someone who lives in Montana
Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations and A Cooks Tour were the best shows. I also fondly remember an episode of Mr Bourdain and makansutra, KF Seetoh
Rest In Peace Anthony Bourdain.
I really miss his voice
Rest in Peace Anthony B.
I’m jealous he got to eat with Obama, that’s on my bucket list
I always admired him. When he died everyone was calling or texting me to tell me because they knew how I felt about him. I truly don’t think his death was intentional. AEA death is real and killed a husband of one of my friends. It’s also killed many actors and musicians along with everyday people, especially male teens.
A lot of people don't know, but some people do. Anthony Bourdain was high as hell on hardcore drugs majority of the time you saw him on TV
I miss him ❤❤❤❤
I was so disappointed I went to the Culinary institute of America and I missed him by a week
(sigh). 😔😔😔 Anthony was turning out to my favourite master chef. Other than that very loud, potty mouthed Gordon Ramsey. Now, I sure do miss Anthony.
I loved parts unknown when he went Vietnam and boy can he drink
Had a lot of CHARIAMA one could ever replace him ever they tried with Gordon Ramsey I watched it once and I hated it no one could do better then ANTHONY BORDIAN he was the BEST!!!!!!!!!!
He was a cool guy with great personality: his death was disturbing to say the least!
You missed an obvious one: the meal at Jiro.
the good ol clermont...at least he got to meet Blondie!
Cool
I finally figured it out…Bourdain’s face resembles greatly, Joey Diaz” (a skinny Joey Diaz, that is. lol) it’s a pretty crazy resemblance.
Anthony hated one dish: a vocal fry
My favorite is when he went to the Ukraine with Zamir.
the last american tv I watched, really.
List fails without Zamir.
Getting trashed with the locals in the forest in Laos.
If you didn’t talk over it so much - we could actually enjoy…
pho
I forgot about that guy, he was a pompous butt.
Couldn't they get a better voiceover? Too much vocal fry
Everybody God loves you all and he wants to come to you so you can be saved. He gave Jesus Christ his only begotten son so you can have everlasting life. You gotta repent and give your life to Christ and believe he died and rose back from the dead so you can be saved and live for Christ. It is your choice but God loves you and wants you to go to heaven but it's your choice but if you want repent, give your life to Christ and live for him. We are living in a fallen world you may not see it but it is happening the wars and all the terrible things on this earth are the last days that Jesus talked about. So while you can if you want come to Him and he shall forgive you.
I think he died here in Jamaica if memories serve me right
France, actually 🇫🇷
Wrong
@@samthelamb28 oh ok thanks I know a chef died here maybe it's a next person

TOP 10 Ugliest Cartoons
Guy killed himself over a break up, after defeating heroin addiction. Kind of makes me not care about him at all.
He's cool, but in the end he was a junkie who killed himself -- always remember that.
It's a shame he committed the unpardonable and capital sin of taking his own life. He will never go to heaven, destined to burn in Hell for all eternity-such a shame.
His life was way better than many others who are still alive could ever dream of. Zero sympathy for rich people with a family who off them selves. Just weak minded selfish acts that leave the people you supposedly cared about & loved torn apart & now more likely to also kill them selves.
i miss this beautiful bastard and his sardonic sense of humor
His book The Nasty Bits is a really good read...highly recommend it 🫶
RIP the world will never be the same 🌹
