FTY: Click the video settings (the gear icon at the bottom of the video, at least for a desktop browser), click on "Subtitles", and select "French (auto-generated)". That gets you YT's subtitles created via voice recognition. Now click on the subtitles setting again, and this time you'll see an option to "auto-translate". Click on that, and you'll get a selection of languages to choose from. The translation will be a bit quirky (two layers of imperfect machine learning are involved, voice-to-French, and then French-to-English). But it can still be helpful. -Tom

It's at times like this that I wish I understood French... at least I can tell what they were doing. I hope they would put english captions in this video, it would really help.
Nevertheless, thank you for the video! 😊

the big secret when talking about to understand different languages is: never try to understand at very good or wonderful levels the native language from your country; Thus You will be able to understand at basic till intermediate levels the language from very other countries. I never care about to know brazilian portuguese at a very good knowing level, but same time I do get to understand some languages and its idioms such as
deutsch - german, neapolitan - italian, spanish, french and canadian french, and of course english. a few of cyrillic russian too. anyway chocolat language is more than universal 😋🍫

Merci

I understand French very well but my writing is poorly horrible, then I will try to answer and help You but in english ok?
I recommend to You, (supposing here You have the money, time and some will to spend some effort about that of course), buy a wine-like climate piece/store etc.. as those home cooler, metal coolers which are sold for wine house and adegas. then You could too, acquire some silicon materials (for ice cubes and or so) as those which are used to keep refrigeration but not freezing some materials and foods while on medium and long trip or so. these 2 materials, silicon for ice cubes and medium trips, plus the metal wine cooler are good to keep chocolats avoiding whitey spots and lack of taste at him. to know the cocoa origin it is very helpful too. criollo and catongo cocoa beans You should avoid temperatures above 18°C. but for forastero or trinitario cocoa beans, up to 21°C is ok. hope to help you on that. 😁

You can produce at your home out of coverture chocolat. is just a kind of enrobage method. You can find some books from Valrhona teaching that. it is simple to do.
